Went to this location last night. I placed a mobile order that was said to be ready at 9:06pm and arrived at 9:05 to find the... door was locked but the drive thru was open(I know some places do this but they usually have that posted somewhere). There was 1cat in front of me in line and I could tell they had a big order, so when I told them I was here for a mobile order I asked if Icould just come inside and grab it but they told me to stay in line. So I ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes to get myorder and when I pulled to the window the order wasn't even made. This was made worse because the smoothie I got (PassionPassport) just tasted like a banana smoothie. The people were nice but maybe just were having a bad day. But that was a prettybelow average experience and product I received. After discussion with management and giving them another try, I decided tochange my stars, it seems more like I came on an off night and that's not the norm. Also after discussions with the managementthere, I was very impressed. I have never spoken with management that seemed as sincere and customer focused as this. I always come here and get pretty much the same smoothie. The staff knows me by name and Cameron is always happy, positive and... greets me by name. She asks me how my day is and goes above and beyond. Cameron makes my day better. She?s a blessing to thisestablishment. You go girl! Read more

I have only been here a few times, today I couldn't remember what I had before, the gentleman working was extremely helpful and... managed to make something I absolutely love! This smoothie is the best I have ever had and I will for sure be back! Read more
It'd be nice if they opened at an earlier time like tropical smoothie. Itd be nice if an employee could click their headset on... after they watch you pull up to the drive through to tell you that they don't open at the same time on the weekends. 7 everyweekday but Saturday is 8? Waste of time once again. If you come here make sure Gary or Cam is here or you might as well leave.No one wants to pay $$$ for a smoothie that is half blended. . . Terrible customer service! DESIREE decided to slam the window in my face while i was talking to her. So I went in the inside to... see what's wrong, and she slammed my newly made smoothie on the counter so hard that the cup bent. So I asked her "What's goingon? Are you having a bad day or something? What did I do to deserve this treatment?" She ignored me the entire time so I keptasking her for her name and she kept ignoring me. Today was my first time having Smoothie King. I had the activator Strawberry and Banana. So delicious. This place is right down... the street from me on my way to work as well. I will not, I repeat I will not go to this location ever again!!!!!! They never get my order right, plus it?s expensive. One... time they gave me a smoothie with blended up pieces of plastic in it. Should have been the last time, but with a change ofheart, I would give them another chance out of kindness. Shame on me, I should have never thought it would be any different. Iwill gladly go to tropical smoothie any day over this place, plus they are cheaper might I add. Read more
