Haven't been in a while and forgot how wonderful the loaded potato soup is.
Slow and messed up my sandwich. I wanna like this place but the service is so poor. Also most of the staff member had headphone... in. Which I don?t care if you just making food in the back something but when I order and you can?t hear me than mess up myfood. It?s just disappointing. I ordered my food at 4:11pm for delivery at 6:30pm. By 7:45pm, it hadn't been delivered. Called and was hung up on. Got a notice... at 7:50pm that my delivery had been updated, which it had not. They close at 8pm, 4 minutes ago. I gave them over two hours.First and last time trying Potbellys. Read more
Would give zero stars if possible. Sandwich was cold and asked to run it through the over again. Got attitude when asked. Who... likes cold chicken? Won't be going to this one again. Read more
If it?s not more than a couple hours before closing, don?t plan on eating here. They consistently are closing early for the day... and will prioritize online ordering over the people standing in line in the actual store. Sandwiches are great if you canactually manage to get one. Read more
These were ordered through their mobile app and personally picked up. I was so disappointed I called the store and was informed... by the manager Christian that she personally made this order. The pictures speak for themselves and show a total lack of careand consideration. Read more
We placed a delivery order at about 12:45 today... Finally called at 4 to see where it was and they rushed it out to us by 4:20.... When the food arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting the whole time, but that's ok, because at least they forgot toput the chicken on my Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich!
