The server served my husband an extremely undercooked pizza. The fact that it was served up 2-3 minutes after ordering the pizza... was suspect. As frequent customers, we know it usually takes 8-13 minutes to fully bake the pizza. After he asked to look athis pizza, it was gooey and undercooked. He was outdone. He asked the server did they really expect him to buy an undercookedpizza? Their response? "Well, it's done." Needless to say, he asked for his money back. Read more

Good pizza, first time customer. The menu can be a little confusint at first because all pizzas are one size and only change in... thickness of the dough. On the pricey end but... thats Joe Bidens America, get used to paying more for everything. Not theirfault. Read more
Gary is absolutely awesome. Let me tell you it was our first time visiting this place. My wife is very picky she always wants to... get a salad and an entrée. Gary not only gave us the best customer service that you could offer but he showed us a way that wecould pair a salad with a pizza even though there was no combination meal. He offered a small salad and mini pizza and we gotexactly what we wanted. He went on to explain to us that all the toppings were included and got us everything we needed. I really enjoy going to mod bc of how friendly it is to individuals with dietary restrictions. Each time I?ve been, Micah has... been nothing but nice, welcoming, and made a damn good pizza. I get the mega dough and ask for it well done. Miles gets itperfect every time. I?ve been to other mods, gotten the mega and it?s too doughy or not cooked through. Always messing up orders. Meanwhile staff has time to stand around doing nothing. The manager is also a liar who offered me a... piece of saran wrapped chocolate cake and said he ?couldn?t issue? me a refund after I had to drive my delivery order back tothe restaurant last time. This was my first time back after 2 months. They handed me the wrong pizza l, told me they didn?t haveany more diced tomatoes but with 2 people leaning on the counter they couldn?t cut the tiny sliced end pieces that they put oninstead and still didn?t make my pizza correctly. They also close when they feel like it - tonight it was 11 instead of theposted 12:30 am online. Don?t trust this place. There?s plenty of other pizza places with these same options. Pizza had no taste. Service was nearly nonexistent as I had to ask to have my pizza put in the oven, while it sat by itself, all... alone and out in the open. They brought me an salad with literally just Lettuce and croutons "we are out of tomatoes" meaning, Iam too lazy to cut up more produce, so I am going to try and pass this garbage off to you. Overpriced, 1 pizza, 1 salad, 2 cakesand a drink for 30 bucks. Not bad price if the pizza actually had taste. Ultra thin dough almost like a taco shell. I wouldrather eat Little Casers 5 dollar pizza than eat this order priced garbage. They need to "mod" their entire business model, hireworkers who actually care, and do something about adding some taste to the darn food. I've never ate pizza and felt suchdissatisfaction, like how bad can you really mess pizza up?? Well , just go-to Mod and find out! But those little cakes in thefoil package are on point!
