The sausage biscuits have changed I'm sure. They seem just a tiny bit bigger and the biscuits are soft and flaky instead of... doughy. I only eat breakfast at McDonald's so I can only speak about the biscuits! Yum! Read more
This restaurant messed up my order not once, but twice. The first order, they put big mac sauce all over the mcdoubles, forgot... sauces and fries and 2 burgers. I waited 20 minutes for this order to come out and it was all wrong. I then called them and theysaid they would replace the order, which I appreciated. After driving back to pick up the new order, the burgers all still hadsauce on them though I specifically said no sauce multiple times, due to allergies. After an hour and a half of my time I?m leftwith 8 burgers that are not what I paid for and that nobody will eat. While I was waiting, all the employees were messing aroundand shoving eachother and left me out over $30 and plenty of time. I?ll be driving a few miles out to go to another mcdonald?sand never returning again. Read more
This place was crazy, it was so stupid what they did. It was during the Dream Cruise which is a nightmare in itself, but to... block off the 2 side entrances and all but 6 parking spaces in which 4 of them were taken, then it took 30 minutes to get mybitty happy meal I thought certain they went and got it from a diff restaurant, then they give you 1 napkin, I went to get moreand they had none. The employee's couldn't get my order right. It took 15 minutes to get my order right and it was a simple order. Plus I waited in... the in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The only thing that was good was the fries. The chicken nuggets were overcooked. Just anightmare. Maybe they were having a bad day! Read more
Not a McDonald's location I can recommend. I ordered 2 McDoubles and I waited over 20 minutes to receive them. The girl at the... counter asked me if I needed something and I told her I'd been waiting 20 minutes and she proceeded to tell me there were noorders on the waiting list. That's when I flashed my receipt....and finally got my order after waiting an additional 5 minutes.Terrible customer service. Unless you enjoy long waits and a complete lack of communication I'd avoid this location. Read more
?I bit into my burger, and had to check for a patti? I really tried to be thankful because I?m so hungry. I ate half the burger... but I just can not. Just because I worked and my points up to deserve a free quarter pounder with cheese doesn?t mean you giveme the patti you?ve been holding for 20 minutes. Medium slowish fast enough I guess pretty good. Very courteous Team. Very respectful environment. It would be cool if there... was a car inside of the empty room next to Woodward all the time. Maybe this can be an opportunity to partner with a localdealership to make some extra money on the side hustle? Read more
