Waitress and service was good. However, they upcharge on everything. Over priced drinks! I left and looked at my bill at 187 and... we definitely did not drink, eat that much. I truly warn all those who go to avoid and have other options because you may leavefeeling like you've been scammed. Horrible experience. Will never go back there! Read more

Fifth Ave was such a fun place to host our corporate event holiday party! Megan their Event Director was so great to work with,... a turn key event for our team, they had full AV for our award ceremony, full kitchen, full bar, lighting and sound! I was bar-hopping with a friend on a Saturday night and we were walking up to the door. Guy at the door: "there's a $10 cover".... Me: "great, what's the band?" Guy: "no band, we have the State game on the TV". Me: "you realize that having TVs that showsports is not unique, right? Anyway, I'm not paying $10 for the privilege of drinking overpriced beverages because there is agame on TV that I have zero interest in watching." I understand charging a cover when there is some sort of legitimateentertainment, but paying for the privilege of being in a place is for pretentious a-holes. If I could give this business negative stars, I would. The staff is out of control and I was physically assaulted by a female... bouncer for requesting a song. when i asked another bouncer to ask her to stop hitting me he told me there was nothing he coulddo. I have supported this bar for the past 5 years, since I turned 21. I have seen a lot of discrimination and abuse towardscustomers from staff over the years and never thought I would be a victim myself. It has been made VERY CLEAR to myself andothers that this establishment does not care about their guests, they just want your money. please consider supporting ANYOTHER BUSINESS in Royal Oak. such a shame this place is even allowed to exist in this city. A disgrace and embarrassment for thecity of Royal Oak to allow this bar to be open still after all the issues it has brought to our city. Read more
