This Arby's location had almost no wait time before getting to the speaker. The order was placed and we were asked if we wanted... to wait for fresh fries which was nice. It didn't take long at all. Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby's is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for "Petite Filet Steak... Sandwiches," so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The onlything wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would havepreferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. 11/21/22 Update: Visited 3 more times since the original review, to be fair. Tonight was, for a lack of a better description,... disgusting. The male sorry excuse for a worker, who was at the drive-thru at 8:35pm should be fired. The manager should be too,for not knowing the reason for the drive-offs. Put the right employees in the face of your customers. For my mild mannered easygoing wife to say "Let's go!", was a testimony to how bad it was. 2 stars to the lowest available now. No longer our favoriteArby's. We've been going to this location for almost 21 years, but that's unfortunately about to change. We've overlooked theincreasingly slow drive-thru service, but the service at the point of ordering and the attitudes at the pick up window are justbad, and seem to be getting worse.
