So I'm picking up a door dash order the guy is clearly races against black people because when ai get there I'm first in line... and as soon as I try to read him the name he skips me and says I'll get to you when you figure it out and rings up the guybehind (he's white) then he has some kind of attitude about grabbing my items and did not bag the juice which didn't even have ahandle on it. But I watched and observed him over every other person in there a bag all of whom was white. I did not appreciatethe terrible service that I received and I really don't even want to come back to this store to do any type of business. It'snow 11pm on Friday November 18th so whoever that is you guys have working you really need to speak with him about customerservice and to put his little races behavior in check while he is working because that is ridiculous. And he did Not check my IDfor the alcohol like he was supposed to and I'm 31 years old but do not look it, I can easily pass for 19-20. Read more

THE CASHIERS WILL STEAL FROM YOU. The thief working tonight double scanned multiple items and was going to take the difference... and pocket it after we left. After we asked why we were charged twice for things he took it off and started talking to us inanother language, obviously talking bad about us. This guy needs to be fired. This isn?t the first this has happened at thislocation either. He tries to sweeten you up with ?hello my friend my friend? so you trust him but WATCH THE SCREEN. Read more

Decent during the day and evenings but midnight shift can be horrible, one of the clerks is always sleeping, doesn't have coffee... made and has the nerve to let out an audible drawn out sigh when you ask him to make some. I was a 6 day a week customer thatwill now be going to the 24/7 Shell down the street. Read more

I really would like Styrofoam cups. Speedway has them. I stop in on the way to work, the Styrofoam helps keep the drink icy for... a good chunk of the day and not more cold on my hand. Read more

Not the best staff at times. They will flat out ignore that you exist as they scurry about to fulfill orders for DoorDash or... other services instead. Haphazard mask wearing though they did seem to improve after I?m sure many complaints (I left theparking lot numerous times when I saw the same guy working at night without a mask). Go to the one on 13 mile if you can.Little bigger store and they seem nicer. Read more

Their hours are posted 7 AM until 11 PM. They were closed at 10:30. I watched several cars come and leave. It is unfortunate for... this store to lose so much business. What is more unfortunate is we can not depend on our neighborhood store to be open when wedepend on them. Read more

I visit this location 5 days a week, sometimes more than once a day. The new owner yelled at my 9 yr old for trying to use a... slurpee coupon he recieved for valentines day. Today I was shorted $10 and told too bad when I said something. I told him it wasbad customer service and he then yelled at me and told me he doesn't make mistakes!!! $24 for 2 candy bars, 2 slurpees and a bigbite plus getting yelled at is so not worth it. I will be taking my 5-10 weekly visits to another location where my kid and Iare treated fairly. Read more

You could try to go to this 7-11 to get your short term needs met. However they often run out of Slurpees and the fountain... drink syrup mix is not calculated correctly, tasting too much like fizz. Their evening staff are not customer friendly. This iscomplicated by the fact that I've been shorted several times in change, and they charge more for their pop refills than otherlocal stores. I recommend trying the 7-11s at 13 & Campbell or 9 mile and Hilton. Their staff is much more congenial and itwill save you a buck or two. Read more
