Doordashed there today, had to wave the staff down from their chatting by the drive thru window. She comes over and I tell her... the order I have to pick up and she look at the register receipt for I assume the first time and she says "well our grill isbroken, we can't cook anything" I'm not sure what they were even offering to make being as they can't cook. Only gotten breakfast from this location. We've been getting breakfast from here at least every other week for the last 3-4mths.... Only had one time that the sausage was overcooked and dried out. Other than that everything has been fresh and delicious. Thestaff is always professional and friendly. One of the best fast food places I've been to in a while other than when I make ramennoodles in my microwave. Read more
One of the fastest Wendy's I have been to in a long time! The staff was friendly and even though they were training new... employees, they were patient and accurate. Still a little bit of a wait of about 8 minutes but not bad considering new staff anda long drive thru line! Read more
Couldn't stay. The restaurant does not have the capacity to handle a lunch crowd. The solo cashier was also working to assist... prior customers with discussing order discrepancies. This is too much to ask of anyone. After nearly 20 mins in line we left.The drive thru is not a good option at this location because it dumps you right into the middle of a busy street. Most peoplehave difficulty finding an opportunity to exit. It is always backed up. Read more
Rude employees rushing me through my order and my drink was served with a beautiful long black hair inside of the lid and... outside on the cup. As soon as it was handed to me I seen it, there is absolutely no way they didn?t see it. Shows how much theycare about the way they are handling your food. Read more

*updating post, was 5 stars* I went through the drive-through today to order a number 3 regular chicken nugget meal. I switched... the fries to baconators, and got a lemonade. I had left the restaurant and realized that they gave me a Burger instead of thechicken nuggets. I don't like burgers often, and that wasn't what I wanted so I went back. I went into the restaurant to askjust to grab the nuggets Because that is what I wanted to eat today. Before I was able to get to the counter, and employee cutin front of me and ordered food first. That slowed down my process, and slightly frustrated me. When I finally got to thecounter, I explained the situation to the man and he gave me a very unhappy look. I asked him if I could just grab the nuggetsand go because It didn't need to be anything more than that. He made me feel slightly dumb or ridiculous because he kept askingme if I meant the Dave Burger which in his words was a 3. I told him no that I meant the number 3 chicken nugget meal and thatwas the words I used in the drive-through as well. Finally he kept telling me well, "I can't take that back, I can't take thatback." I told him that was fine I just wanted the nuggets that's all. He finally mumbled a bit and went back and grabbed thenuggets. I'm more upset that he tried to tell me what I ordered wasn't what I ordered. It felt slightly unnecessary and kind ofrude. I have never had a problem with Wendy's, but today just felt Very overwhelming being there. The food still tastes good,it was just an unpleasant experience. Read more
I had a bad experience before but I came back for them to make it right and let me tell you the lady store manager for sure made... it right for me and ensured that I was a happy costumer it was great ???? it was on Halloween night she was dressed as a clown???? I loved it she was amazing I highly recommend this store. Read more
