If I could give zero stars I would. The employee had my food hanging out the window before the care in front of me drove off.... Them shoved it in my window before I was stopped and slammed the window. No greeting... no thank you for coming in... Place was gross! Flys all over. That's one thing that I don't understand, it's not enjoyable to come eat at a food joint when... bugs are all over. Hand prints and grease on play place and windows. Maybe more focus on lobby and play area and it would be amore enjoyable place to eat. Read more

No order kiosks we're operating. There were annoying flies in the dining area. The chicken nuggets were so old they were... inedible. I am giving the star because the manager cashier was quicker than most taking the order and the lobby wasopen. There are no drink refills. The food was disgusting. The flies were annoying. We where here at 650 in the morning. The person taking orders was short and rude with us repeatedly. So we went to your... competitors. If your employees can't be cordial and talk nicely, we don't need to do business with people like that. I hope theperson has a better day. Read more
Stopped in today for lunch. Bathroom was clean and table and lobby area clean. Ordered at kiosk. Food was ready before I paid.... All tasted great as it should. Happy employees upfront. Only complaint was manager lady was barking out orders to her workers.For example she yelled across the dining area to scold her employee for not placing more caution wet floor signs out. Employeewas doing a wonderful job as she mopped. Then manager placed the sign out. Better option was to walk over and with soft voiceremind employee she needed more caution signs out. I felt bad for employee and thanked her for her diligence in doing her job sowell. Drink machine was out of most drinks. Manager said she would fill it up. After 45 min still no drinks and I left. Service- self-serve at kiosk Waited for signs of life. Finally got cups. Lid dispensers were FILTHY. AND not working properly.... Had to reach hand inside dispenser to get lids for my drinks. ICE- not working properly. Bathroom- soap dispensermalfunctioning. Where do employees wash their hands? Had inside playground. Hope it was more sanitary than drink station. Read more
