Whoever you have working at the drive through today needs fired!!! She can't even take an order of what is clearly on the menu. ... The menu clearly has bundle meals shown but she said we couldn't order it because she doesn't know how to enter it on hermachine. Either get rid of the option to order Bundles since your staff doesn't know how to let you order it or hire staff smartenough to take a simple order. Horrible service Read more

I have been here day and night. The service is extremely slow at 10-15 minutes waiting to order inside when you?re the only... customer and 20-25 minutes sitting in line outside with no movement before ordering. Once you order, it?s another 15 minutesjust to get your food. Avoid this location if you want a quick meal. It?s faster to drive to another location in Roy or Clintonthan it is to wait here. I know better than to go to this McDonald's after midnight. There is only one person working and it will take 45 minutes from... the time you get into line to the time you leave. They've never messed up my other though so that's nice. Read more

Sat in line for 20 minutes tonight for my order, but when I got to the window I could see why. One employee was taking the... orders, making the food and running both windows. Clearly this employee is doing an amazing job, but I fault the owner of thislocation for not properly staffing this restaurant. The food was good as always. Read more

Every night I come down here the lines are just sitting here not moving and idk if there's even orders being takin. I've seen... this happen many many times .. took me about 20 minutes to get up to take my order. But this happens every night just about. It's ridiculous. Idk why this did store is so terrible at night. It needs to be fixed. Read more

A tale of two orders: or, viva la revolución I arrived around 2 AM on 9 July 2022 with intentions to place my order: one Big... Mac, a very simple request. At the menu, the operator informed me that due to short staffing, only DoorDash orders were beingfulfilled. I found this odd and somewhat annoying as I was the only person in the queue and there was not a car in sight. Itoccurred to me to attempt to gently game the system. Perhaps showing up with an online order would allow me my precious burger.I circled the restaurant, parked to order in the app, and came back with a code in hand (well, upon my phone) for an order withone Big Mac. But it was in vain; again I was denied. And this time, adding insult to injury, staff told me their system was downand I would need to wait 45 minutes before receiving my order. At an empty restaurant, no less ? the rage boiled within me!Would that I could channel that red-hot energy into my career. I would hire my own fleet of 24-hour burger chefs. NOW, thisreview and rating is not meant to be a reflection on the capacity of the staff at this McDonald?s location! Being a former foodservice worker myself, I know it is a grueling and soul-sucking profession. No no, the fault in this situation rests squarelyupon the shoulders of the franchisees overseeing this location. They should be offering better wages and benefits to entice morestaff to sign on. There is no shortage of labor, there is only a shortage of respect for the working class. I give the valiantworkers here five stars. Over 40 minutes sitting in the drive thru trying to get my online order. The website says they are coalition monitoring for... covid. Maybe they need to closely monitor the employees to be sure they are actually working. This isn't the first time, butit is the last I will go here. Read more

Came here to get a shamrock shake because their sign outside said they would have it until 320 but when I ordered one they said... it had been discontinued five days earlier than what the sign said. So I just ordered a chicken nugget meal instead and theFrench fries came out barely even cooked ? they are flimsy and soggy. If you try to call this location to complain they don?tanswer. Read more
