Not the best experience. The bathroom was full of flies and didn?t seem very clean, the employees seemed like they didn?t want... to be there, there wasn?t any friendliness or ?welcome in?, the lobby was not clean or stocked, and when we got home, I couldn?teat my burger because it was old, burnt meat. So what we have here is a lack of friendly service, lack of cleanliness, and lackof ?fresh food? they claim to serve. Very disappointed. Read more
I consider myself fairly patient, but I don?t expect to wait over 25 minutes for a single burger and fries.. I arrived at... approximately 7:35 pm and left at 8 pm without my food.. I hope things improve, but looking at recent reviews it?s not lookinggood for this location. I?ll be back for my refund tomorrow. Read more
The employees were polite but obviously overworked. There is a very obvious poor management issue here, noticable from signs... like, "If you have time to lean you have time to clean," and signs telling customers they have a time limit to consume theirfood. The door into the play area is filthy, that room does not seem to be connected to the a/c system so it was hot, but itdidn't matter because the play structure was so unspeakably disgusting we didn't stay in there. Honestly I feel badly theemployees were working their butts off for such a mediocre product. Pay them more. Read more

I only go through the drive through when I visit here. You can tell this location has its struggles when it comes to staffing,... but what restaurant isn't nowadays. The difference is this place is trying their best, and I can tell that every time I comethrough. The food is still delicious and the employees who do show up are very kind. I have maybe had to wait a little longerfor my food, but it's worth it every time. So I will keep coming back to this location. Read more
This place needs help. The tatted manager was cool, she needs a better job for sure she prolly handles way to much. But this... place was nasty, the bathrooms was nasty, the tables were nasty, and the employees Don?t care. I?m assuming meridian owns thislocation lol, also they discontinued whipped crème on the shakes? So maybe y?all should lower the prices.
