I ordered the special. Pizza, chicken fingers and a 2 liter free. Not only dd my delivery take an hour to arrive but when it... finally did it was cold. And the excuse for being an hour late was because, they are busy and had a lot of deliveries. Are youkidding me an hour and my food was cold. They don’t even have the pizza bag to keep it hot in route of the delivery. If youcan’t deal with a lot of calls then your in the wrong business because a customer should not have to wait an hour for fastfood delivery. Read more

I called to place an order just to be put on hold for 20 minutes as the lady who picked up took every order that walked in,... called in and came in through cpu! I could hear the conversations as she would laugh and play with who must’ve been the cook.She NEVER came back on the phone to take my order. This would have been my first try at this place and I was left with a badtaste in my mouth and didn’t even try the food. Poor customer service skills seems to be the ongoing theme with these pizzaplaces. I may have to switch neighborhoods Edit after owner replies! Don’t try and make an excuse as to why the helpcouldn’t help! I was ordering from the phone in my car parked across the street and witnessed EVERYTHING that took place. Totry ANd justify bad service is worst than bad service! There wasn’t 6 people inside waiting in fact the other phone rang Ava Iheard her pick up the phone and take a whole ORDER that called AFTER me! I saw People pull-up get out of their cars and placeorders while I’m on hold as she just stands there laughing and joking with the kitchen. At First Teacher, right down the street, we depend on Backwoods Pizza for almost every event. Right now, they are providing... awesome food and awesome service every Thursday night. for us They are on time, the food is good, and they keep checking in withus to make sure everything is on point. I ordered extra sauce and I got extra cheese. Just way too much cheese and $25 bucks later. Being from NYC this is the worse... tasting pizza on top of the extra non melty cheese. Something about it tasted sweet and it was so dry and lacked flavor. It didcome quickly. When arrived I was told $21 when the online order said $20 so I just gave him $26:( When you're hungry you feel soupset after wasting money. This is the second time my pizza from here is wrong. Last time they charged me more over the phoneand stated online orders save money. They pizza was gross and slide apart, was soggy and the cheese quality is cheap if you'vetasted quality mozzarella. I tried to order again and now it's another waste. Read more
