I really like their wings. Pass on the Chicken sandwich. Chicken was a thin patty and sauce appeared to just be spread on top.

Horrible! I ordered a large group pack wings. I was very specific to the person on how I wanted my order. And they still got... everything wrong!! This is the second time this has happened. I spent $67 on a order that was wrong! I even confirmed it withthe girl at the counter when I picked up. I called to complained about my order and the guy that answer said he was the managertold me his name was Brian, but then came clean and said he was not the manager and his name was not Brian! He then told me themanager allows the employees to act as manager when someone has a complaint. I will never go here again!! Read more

Don?t eat at this location!! I had burnt fries and wings, to top it off had a bug on my veggie sticks. I should of just walk... out they had the hole restaurant smoky like there burning our food. Read more

I got the thigh bites with fries, the thigh bites were tiny and void of thigh meat. I counted 35 small pieces of fried breading,... only 6-7 had a small piece of thigh meat. The fries were greasy and salty. This was one of the worst meals I have had all year. Read more

FRIED WELL DONE! #YUM...Update..So not so Yum! At the time I lived in Rowlett, TX. I went in an ordered again since it was quite... yummy three days prior. The most terrible experience I will advise you of and hopefully some of the info I've described willhelp those who plan to continue to buy from wingstop. So, wingstop has different a number coded size box for what size wingsthat have come in, as explained by the Management. She said coded box 1, box 2, box 3 and box 3 would be the largest. So, Ilike my wings well done. I was advised and verbatim that, "I would need to ask what size wings do they have in order to knowhow well they would need to be cooked". HUH!?... Who would even know this information. It would be best for wingstop to ask thisquestion and I'm sue other's would agree! No compensation like 10%off your next order..NO OTHER COMP! Like wow! So get this, Iwas advised to come back with hungry children waiting to eat and drive 15 minutes away, wait for another order OR THEY COULDDROP IT BACK INTO THE FRYER!...WHAAAATTTT MADNESS IS THIS IN GENERAL BIT ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. So with discuss i asked forCorporates number. So I called. Left my overall discuss about their policy and was expecting a call or email. Two months stillno call or email. Call back and left a message about waiting to months and no call. So I then get a call from the "DistrictManager", she identifies as. But had no resolution and provided overall pushback. I advised I had to recook them using my timeand oil, wasted to get them well done, she brushed that off. Not expecting this response from a General Manager at all. Butprimarily the response is, "I'm sorry". My mind blown!
