The saddest excuse for fries I have ever seen. I thought the reviews couldn?t possibly be true, that the wing boss would have... gotten their act together after the multiple bad reviews specifically referencing the fries. I was completely wrong. Along withthe fries being black, I assume from day old, overused oil, they tasted vaguely reminiscent of fish. The wings we received werecooked through, so much so that they were dry. I ordered delivery for wings, fries and veggies. Unfortunately they were all disappointing. The veggies were rotten and dry, the... fries were brown/black and tasted AWFUL like burnt grease. The wings were over cooked, dried out they were more like jerky. Willnot be ordering from this shop again. I hope they start to revisit food quality before making a sale. :( Read more

You know I do full reviews on places I go eat. This will be a short review. We didn't want to cook on Friday so we ordered... wings and chicken strips. How can it go wrong? Look at the pictures below. How can you ruin generic pecan pie??? I called theplace sent pictures and the manager blamed the Uber driver for those chicken strips look at them. Look at the fries. If he wouldhave said I apologize that left my kitchen, I'd say thanks it is what it is since food delivery sucks but him blaming poordriver for poor quality is weak sauce. $58 bucks wow Read more
The quality from this restaurant was appalling. The wings were cold and soggy, the fries were BLACK and soggy, and the drinks... were basically water, not to mention my order took almost 2 hours to arrive. I highly highly do not recommend getting food fromthis place, do not waste your time. If i could give a lower rating I would. Read more
Made an order for delivery and the wings were not great. I ordered two different flavors and couldn't tell a difference in... either but aside from that, they were very hard to eat. The fries arrived very soggy as if they were reheated in the microwave.Only thing that was good was the pecan pie. Read more
Why do the area restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers have no control over... under seasoning, overcooking and shoddy packaging, Not to mention excluding napkins, straws, and other condiments that aresupposed to come with the meal. It's really simple to take an inventory of the order before you give it to the deliverydriver. Take some responsibility for the poor quality of your food and do better. No one cares that you are "sharing yourexperience with our team members". That means absolutely NOTHING to a customer that spends $50 on food and has a bad experience.Offer a refund or a free meal that exceeds the amount of there previous order to address the customers inconvenience. I've neverseen worse pictures of food, or a more terrible review history, and all of the complaints are about the same thing. Obviously,sharing our concerns with the team are falling on deaf ears.
