I got food poisoning from a spicy chicken sandwich that was old and dried out. I'll never go back there!
I ordered a #2 & #5, the food I received was hot and delicious, just wasn't what I ordered (received 2 # 2's). I am allergic to... Sage so had to pull the sausage off of my sandwich, the egg and biscuit were good, they also didn't put cheese on either whichis why it's called a bacon and or sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Food was hood n fast. They've remodeled and its nice an open. Would have taken pic but was hungry.
Worst Experience EVER.... DO NOT EAT HERE. Rubbery Chicken (AFTER THEY MADE IT TWICE), Hard Stale French Fries, Burnt Bacon (No... Taste) and Rude Employees. What a waste, we just threw it all away. DONT EAT HERE. Read more

Rowlett location near lakeview Parkway. Burger patty was dry and stale. Not fresh. Totally disappointed especially since I asked... for fresh fries also and they were bad also. Burger patty had been sitting for a while before serving. Smelled a little weird. Read more
If you want cheap food, they have it. When I order from the value menu at any Wendy's, it almost never disappoints. When you opt... for a healthier option, things change a bit. The thing that's frustrating is when they advertise one thing, and give youanother. I ordered the Southwest Avocado salad (in the photos). The menu picture shows a full chicken filet and copious baconcovering a bed of deep green leaf lettuce, spinach, and chard. Not a shred of the cheaper, less nutritious, and completelytasteless variety - iceburg - of which the stem of the head was also included. Then you get the salad, which is barely largerthan the ceasar side salad my wife got (also in the photos). It is a small scoop of chicken, maybe half a slice of bacon,chopped, and all over a bed of 75-80 percent flavorless iceburg lettuce with a few chard leaves thrown in for show. Absolute worst night time employees, there is only one set of employees that know how to run the place. We go here all the time... and have constant issues. Rude customer service and gross cold food. Oh not to mention they tried to give me a drink that hadbe sitting there. I?m not sure why they are still working here it?s the SAME group everytime. I?ve been going to this Wendy?sfor awhile. I believe the guy who always runs correctly is the manager. However anyone else who is there shouldn?t be. Thegirl working was RUDE, and talking like I couldn?t hear her the entire time. I said my peace and left. I won?t be going backuntil the place has new employees. Period. Read more
