Who manages and owns this franchise?! Only one employee working on a Saturday afternoon!! Wow I know it?s hard to find help... this days but just one guy working it?s terrible, he?s doing what he can. I order on line and been waiting over 10 minutes forhim to start making my order. Well let me start by saying I really like subway. The one in Rowlett I really don't care for. Every time I go in there they're... always out of something. Ranch, mayonnaise, tomatoes, Etc you name it they're always out of something. I have to start theconversation with the guy fixing my sandwich with the same what are you out of today. Seems like if you're not going to haveenough food to fix what you're trying to sell then you're not going to be able to sell it. LOL while I was in there the guy thatcame in behind me I told him you have to ask for what they're out of. They had three microwaves and none of them worked that'snot even the problem the last time I was in there only one worked. So either the owner isn't making enough money or doesn'tcare. That guy ended up leaving and not ordering. I just think when I'm choosing a place to go eat I think in my head Subway. Ihave to go there and ask if they're out of stuff and if they're out of what I want then I have to go somewhere else. So is itworth me going to Subway just have to leave and go somewhere else. This is what I'm talking about you know a customer thinksthis way you might have a problem. Hope you can get it straightened out love Subway. Probably eat it twice a week, but not inRowlett. Whomever working tonight made my order sloppy, our wraps in a square shape, bread was not fresh as it was falling apart, and I... had a piece of cut plastic in my sandwich. I called and told the lady and she paused like she didn't know what to say or do andclaims she was the manager. She said she was about to close soooo she could make another sandwich tomorrow. I asked for her namebut she hung up on me. I called right back, no answer and can't leave a message. I would like a full refund immediately. I'll beup there tomorrow for sure. Read more
Will be last time going here. 2 weeks ago drink machine not working, tomatoes looked old, today no white bread. People not... friendly and slower than cold honey dripping down a spoon. Use the other subway on east side of rowlett near Dalrock. Greatservice and food. Read more
Slow and had nothing...this was my wrap looks like a d**n crunch wrap from taco bell. No prep i could not get pickles regular... lettuce or red onions. Read more
I used to go to this subway very often and it was always good. I have not gone to this location in over a year and decided... yesterday to stop by and get a sandwich. I ordered a oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. Apparently they don?t have the wholechicken breast anymore and instead they cut it up into chunks which is odd. Next several of the veggies were finished eventhough the place wasn?t busy at all. The veggies they did have didn?t taste fresh. They also didn?t refill several of thesauces. On top of that I tried to purchase a soft drink and the lady said the machine was out of order. I was severelydisappointed in the place and the sandwich. Not sure what happened to this place but it dropped in quality by a lot. Theemployees also don?t seem to care. Hopefully they improve. Read more
Always understaffed, new sandwiches menu seems confusing and pointless. Sandwiches have gotten very expensive.
