This subway is one of the worst I have been to. The 2 girls making the food have attitudes and need customer service training.... The sandwiches were sloppy and when you asked a question because you can not hear them sense they want to speak in a whisperthey have attitude. There was a older guy in front of me and they were asking what he wanted but he couldn't hear them nor couldI! And the 2 girls just kept looking at one another with rude faces. There was another lady putting up bread and she was the onethat said thank you and have a nice day, that was the only positive thing in this trip here. Will not be coming to this locationever again. We eat subway in Garland off Northwest Highway or Broadway 3 to 4 times a week and the employees and food is alwaysawesome never have I experienced something from these locations like I did today at this Rowlett location. Got our complete order wrong. Wrong size sandwiches, we paid for foot long and got 6 inch. Missing ingredients. We placed the... order thru the app. Won't answer the phone so I can ask for my refund. Stay away from this location! Read more
Store smells like cleaning fluid. The individual who made our sandwiches could be a little more courteous, friendly, polite...... realizing the "customer" has choices. Will be using a different Subway in the future. Read more
I ordered and paid for 12" tuna sub with vegetables. I received a 6" vegetables no tuna sub. I submitted a request for a refund.... Has not received it yet. I will not order from this subway again. Read more
Will not use this Subway again although it?s closest to me. I ordered 2 sandwiches toasted. After the 2nd one was made I noticed... it hadn?t been toasted. Told the girl and she toasted it veggies and all which wilted everything. She opened it up so I couldsee and I reached to touch it and she pulled it away from me, mind you this was a sandwich I was buying. I walked out, didn?tpurchase either one and went to Subway in West Rowlett. This is the 2nd time she?s been rude and argued with me. She doesn?tlisten and blames customers. Read more
I been shopping here for my kids since they opened. They are like family to me especially the only old employee left who will go... extra mile to make sure you taken care off. Management is always UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn't take care of their own employees inbasic human respectful way but girls are AMAZING. Read more
Tuna serving was less than a scoop full...and server was nice, but didn't care. Probably a manager issue. If you want repeat... business (volume) at your store, don't be skimpy in your servings. Read more
