DON?T GO INSIDE! Left before getting my drink. More care and speed on completing orders is given to drive through orders rather... than walk ins. I waited ten minutes before my name was even on the list to be made, meanwhile over a dozen cars went through thedrive through. Read more
i came here yesterday for a drink. one of the baristas named chloe took my order and gave my drink to me. i struggle with a... speech impediment which makes it hard to order or speak sometimes. she didn?t get mad or rush me at all, she just listened to meand helped me get my order exactly the way i wanted. she was very helpful, kind, considerate, and patient. i can certainly saythat was one of my most positive experiences at a starbucks! I asked for a venti iced chai and a salted caramel creme cold brew, when ordering I was expecting her to repeat it back but she... just barked out my total. When I got to the window I noticed that she got both of my drinks wrong, she made one hot and theother one was supposed to have ex caramel she also made it light ice. But when I got the venti iced chai it was mainly milk andice and room at the top. I didn?t drink it at all in the picture. I paid $11+ To be treated rudely when I told her nicely thatit was supposed to be made a different way. I said have a great day and she glared at me, I have worked at Starbucks before. SoI know to avoid this location because of constant rudeness and low quality drinks but I did it this one time (mistake) I learnedmy lesson.
