Order 3 breakfast sandwich, it took them 15 minutes I was sitting waiting while the employees were talking with each other and... one was even on her phone , when I said something to them it nearly took them 2 minutes to have my order ready . the employees are nice and the food and stuff is good. the line is almost always long and it can take upwards of thirty minutes... sometimes to get through, with the line not moving for several minutes sometimes. mobile orders are hit or miss. if you getstuck in the line your food mad be cold since they dont reheat it when it?s been sitting there for very long. Ordered Nitro in drive-thru. Only when paying did they tell me that Nitro wasn't working and would I be okay with regular cold... brew. I said fine, but then was charged for Nitro. I called to fix this but after no answer multiple times I gave up. Suchdisappointing customer service. Read more
Went to this Starbucks for the first time today around 7:30 am. This is the first place I?ve probably been to in years where... EVERY single worker was genuinely kind, professional and everyone was actually working and it left an amazing first impressionon me. This will now be my go to Starbucks.
