I attend Smoothie King everyday and the Dallas Metroplex. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had. The Smoothie was so... thick I could not drink it through the straw. And the wrong ingredients was inside of my smoothie. I will never come back tothis location ever again. Read more
This location is awful, all 3 times I ordered at this location : My orders were always messed up. One time the cashier charged... me the wrong price and refused to refund me, the other time my green tea tango with mango was complete yellow and tasted sour. Ipersonally feel that the staff here needs better customer service and understanding on how to make the smoothies. The Rockwalllocation is amazing but this location needs a lot of improvement. The store and ingredients are completely unsanitary. I walked in and waited almost 5 minutes before 3 employees finally walked... out of the back. The ingredients looked as is if they had been sitting out for hours. Due to the fact they were sitting out,there were flies in them and flying around all over the store. Needless to say, I left without getting anything and attempted tocontact the store manager. Corporate may need to be the answer. Read more
Horrible customer service. Was told to park and someone will come out shortly. Total of 7 cars and people came and go from the... store. Had to get of my vehicle along with my baby due to no one coming. Girl at the front was laughing saying sorry. PleaseTrain these people again. Or re hire serious people!! Read more
How someone would let this go out the door is beyond me. This smoothie was so thick I could hold it upside for seconds and it... wouldn?t fall? if this was Dairy Queen they would have passed the test. But it gets worse, I could feel something at the bottomof the cup and look for yourself. This is the peanut power plus smoothie and I have no idea if that chunk is peanut butter orwhat. This was an Uber eats order but I will be requesting a refund and never going back here again. Oh yeah, and there werefull size ice cubes in the drink as well. STAY AWAY. Read more
This Smoothie King location used to be awesome! Every time I?ve gotten smoothies from here the customer service was on point and... so was the smoothie. Tonight I went and got my usual, a chocolate shredder, and it was TERRIBLE! It took 20 minutes to get tothe window and once I got my smoothie it was more like someone put ice in a blender with protein powder. The customer servicewas terrible. I tried to go inside but the doors were locked, I knocked on the window and the employees just stared at me, had asmirk on their faces and didn?t even come to the door to acknowledge me. So I went through the drive thru to get it fixed,another 20 minutes and the drink still wasn?t right. I hate that this experience ruined Smoothie King for me ????? Read more

Went in this morning at 11am to get a smoothie told the girl what I wanted a hulk chocolate extra blended with peanut butter.... She acted like she didn?t hear me and asked me all the same questions again. And even after repeating myself theirs no peanutbutter in the smoothie and it wasn?t even blended enough to brake up the ice all I?m drinking is ice chunks. You guys reallyhave to hire people who care at least enough to take a order or just get the order right. Read more
