Probably the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. They constantly get orders wrong. Slow drive thru. Tried to go inside at 6:30 pm... and they had the doors locked. Employees just sitting down. Really hate that this is the closest Popeyes. Read more

I?ve lived in this area my entire life, and this Popeyes has always been terrible. I will not visit this Popeye?s again. The good thing is that the customer service was great. But hindsight is 20/20 and I feel... like the only reason they gave good customer service is because they knew my order was going to be messed up. Almost everythingI tried to order was not available. Then they got my order incorrect and left items off of my order that I paid for. To top itall off, they gave me two drinks with absolutely no ice. It is upsetting when you are looking forward to eating mashed potatoesand get Cajun fries instead. The nuggets that they did give me were lukewarm and almost cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all the homestyle Mac and cheese that they charged me extra for was... extra spoiled. It was literally sour milk. The chicken was tiny like a Cornish game hen. I got an 11 piece meal for my 8 yearold son and me and an 8 piece lasts us 3 meals but this time we ate all of it and were still hungry. I got a chicken sandwichfor my daughter that came out normal and I got one for my mom and I guess they didn't have any more chicken so they used 3chicken strips which all fell out onto the floor. The guy at the window wouldn't give me a receipt.. He said he already put itin the bag but it wasn't there.. We usually eat at the one in Rockwall and it's 15 times better. I called to let the managerknow he was selling spoiled food but they don't answer the phone. They pick up and hang up. This is a zero star experience ata zero star establishment. ULTRA POOR Read more
Was disappointed- super long wait in drive thru, I think they might short on staff. The chickens are really dry, overcooked and... not fresh. The biscuits are dry as well. 3 persons at the window, the guy was rude, but the 2 ladies are nice. And the fries andmashed potatoes are good. Read more
Spent 50 minutes in the drive through while teenage workers listening to music and screwing around, no adult management in... sight, still got the order wrong, and the food was cold. Called with a complaint, corporate said they'd recommend a refund noone ever called us back. Won't ever eat there again. No stars!!! Read more
