It’s a small place in a small town but looks can be deceiving. I consider myself a tough critic on food especially Italian,... because I love it. It’s a cozy place, excellent service (thank you Makayla) and the food is 1. Out of this world delicious but2. Very generous servings. Between my step mom’s doggie bag and mine I will be eating Napoli’s for a couple of days with asmile. Highly recommended…..you wont be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely dinner with dad and my step mom. I’ve been acustomer for a long time but always take out. Dine in experience made a 9 a full 10!!! Read more
Food was burnt and oily. Sampler platter had was actually a SAMPLER platter. Only 2 pieces of 3 items for 11.99. NOT WORTH IT AT... ALL!!!! Bread was hard. Read more
Ok, I must of got lucky today. I walked in today and this place smelled so clean and then the food aromas hit you. It was... extremely clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The mens restroom was being cleaned., so l had towash my hands in the ladies. The restroom were definitely cleaner than most places, already a plus here. I had a ice cold saladand chicken piccata, very delicious and a nice presentation on the salad and entree. Ordered from here for the first time for a pick up order. Very fast ticket time from time to order and when it was ready… just... found my new favorite casual Italian spot. The pizza was absolutely delicious, pasta sampler was tasty, and the lemoncellodessert was amazing!! Will definitely order take out or delivery from here again for Italian cuisine. Read more
My wife and I have lived in Rowlett for a very long time. We drove by often and always wanted to stop in a give them a try. The... food was good, the service was fair and the atmosphere was apt. The bread that was served to the table was hard, and cold. Ittook 15 minutes for our water to come back to the table after dropping off drinks and bread, then when I asked for more freshbread, it was another 20 minutes before they returned with the bread or to refill our drinks. The kid was more interested inconversing with his female coworker than us. Not the best experience but the food was good. Read more
It was pretty clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The bathrooms were definitely cleaner than... most places, so two enthusiastic thumbs up there! I had the caprese salad with grilled chicken and it was not great but it wasgood. If you are looking for a quick/casual/fast italian joint, this is it! Disfruta/enjoy! ???? Read more
The restaurant looks great after being remodeled, kinda upscale and more in line with the quality of their Italian food.... Napoli's is excellent food, especially the pizza. You can order anything off the menu and you will get the feeling of beinggrateful. When you bite into it, you can taste the ingredients are high quality and not the cheap stuff. This place been herefor years and never disappoints because it is consistently excellent quality. I recommend taking your family to Napoli's for adelicious meal. Read more
