Late lunch or early dinner we had to return the okra it was dry. Roast chicken was good, fried ck not breaded right,ck dry.

I went there today for a 6 pc. wicked wing all flats and the manager on duty told me he was not able to cook wings that way b/c... it was against store policy. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager and he was just doing his job. Hesaid this came from his boss. Mr/Mrs. Boss can you please reply to this review and confirm the accuracy? I think all franchisesshould somewhat be on the same page and why is your establishment not? Read more
I had no problems with any of my orders, spicy chicken was spicy, fresh. Rolls were plump, steamy, and delicious. Fries were hot... and crisp. Gravy was fresh, creamy, and great. Price was a little bit up there but i enjoyed the lunch as a whole. Read more

Visited on a Thursday evening and they were SWAMPED. I placed an order online and opted to pick up my order inside instead,... where there was also a line. I do wish they had an area designated for online order pickups though, but overall the line movedat a steady pace. I am very impressed with how collected staff remained as they moved swiftly to fulfill all of their orders.They didn?t begin fulfilling my order until I let them know I was picking it up and had it ready within 5 minutes if not less. This is a good Golden Chick. Better than most. Food was hot and on point. LARGE pieces of chicken. Served fresh and piping... hot. We ordered every side to try them. We think the best were okra, fries, dirty rice. Service was FAST, FRIENDLY, andACCURATE. Thumbs up! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a few sides were not that good. Read more
