Found out they had our lemon custard ice cream. My husband and I have been looking for this. I was like a child in the candy... store. It was delicious, same great taste as when we were children. Worst experience ever i had order 2 iced coffees with milk,hazelnut and sugar since 10:03 am and it was 10:35 and they still... hadn?t had my order ready only one the woman in front is the worst especially the manager she knew I was standing there in frontand didn?t even dare to say what was wrong this is why I would never go back to Dunkin? They have recently changed management and you can tell. There used to be a manager named Taz and she was great. The new manager... Sara is very unfriendly and not helpful. There is a young lady there that is really great but I don't remember her name but shehas been there a while. We come here every Sunday and the last 2 it took 40 minutes to get our order. Both times I have beenmissing a sandwhich and another has been wrong. One of our coffee tasted horrible but the young lady remade it for me and Ireally appreciate that. We love the food but really with the service was better. Just seems poorly managed. I watched othercustomers go through the same issues. Also, just because you gloves doesn't mean you should touch your clothes, face, and otherthings and think that is sanitary. I was in food service for over 15 year and understand food safety. Went in for the buy an item get a free coffee deal that popped up on app. Get in there, app doesn?t work, lady tells us that?s... not for espresso drinks like you typical latte or cappuccino. We went to starbucks instead. If I?m gonna pay $8 for coffee and abagel it?s going to be a pleasant experience and a clean environment. Read more
Won?t be back esp with all the delicious local donuteries nearby. Stood at ordering counter for 5 minutes, no one even greeted... me or said they?ll be right with me. Almost out of most of the donuts and donut holes. When I saw them pack up most of thedonuts for drive thru customers, still having not acknowledged me, I left and went to a local donut shop. I?ve been coming to this location almost daily since it?s near my work and it is definitely worth the drive to just find a... different Dunkin? Donuts. They are constantly out of most donuts, it?s likely your coffee order won?t be right, most of the timeif you order an extra shot of espresso it still tastes like a glass of sweet milk, there?s been multiple times it looked like mydonut was dropped on the floor. Was feeling in the mood for a hot chocolate on this chilly weather so decided to stop by Dunkin?s today. I had ordered other... items but those are irrelevant. I did not check my drink until i got home which was literally 4 minutes away. I paid about 3DOLLARS for a small cup of chocolate for it to just be halfway filled of the actual drink and the rest of the half be filledwith im guessing foam? I am disappointed. Never again.
