We went through the drive through and the young girl that took my order seemed to be bothered that I was there. That started the... issue. We pull up to the window and she doesn?t say anything, just takes the credit card and closes the window. Opens it andhands my card and the receipt to me then just closes the window again. We wait in the car while I watch her bite and chew herfingernails as she turns her head away and ignores us as we wait over 8 minutes just to have her open the window and swing thebag to me. I take the bag and she just closes the window and turns away. I see another young girl looking and I mouth to herthat the other girl is rude. She opens the window and asks what I said. I told her the other girl was rude and should have saidthank you or something. She said ok, closed the window and smiled to the other girl when she asked what I said. Obviously shedidn?t care any more than the other one. Such a shame. I?m glad Canes is just down the street so I will never be back andhopefully anyone I know won?t either. Read more

Just bt ( paid for ) 7 piece tenders with okra and a drink , paid $16.01. Came home to find out they only gave me 4 pieces . ... Since there were more people behind me in the drive thru didn't care to open the box to check . Called the store talked to Eric ( manger ) he said come back and they will make me whole . Decided on chicken tonight. Reason for 5 stars at the time of placing my order the young lady informed me it would be 8-10... minutes on legs. Perfect hot fresh chicken and l was told in advance, instead of getting to the window and waiting forever. TheChicken smelled delicious and very hot and tasty Very good job Chicken Express. Read more
Great customer service! Food speaks for itself and the tea is awesome! I forgot to order a drink one time and pulled up the... window and the employee was extremely kind and understanding about it. She clarified if I got the meal it would be cheaper plusI got fries and a biscuit. I was impressed and it made it comparable to a chick fila experience. Read more
