Horrible location first waiting in the line as usual long. (It?s to be expected they are good) They forgot my sandwich well done... so I let the employee know and he talked to a manager they said it will be 10 mins wait (after waiting 15) due to I want it welldone. My whole order was well done so how did that get forgotten. Told them fine I?ll just take it how it comes. Why did I gethome (5 mins up the road) and my sandwich is cold but my other food I got first is still hot plus you can tell it was justthrown together. Next time I will stick to the rockwall location since this location just throws stuff together. Read more
The inside of this restaurant is not clean! There are at least 20 employees here and no one cleaning tables or emptying trash... cans. Manager appears unconcerned ???? Very disappointed Read more
Went inside this visit. Took a good 5 minutes to get order straight but it was early so we excused that. They don't offer sweet... n low for yourcoffee and Splenda just doesn't do it so ended up throwing full coffee away. Otherwise a good visit. (OH...killeda mosquito flying around in the dining area!) This Chick-fil-A is always kind and efficient. Several years ago I managed to leave my wallet at home on the way to an exam. I... didn't realize until I got to the window to pay. They let me take my food so it wouldn't get cold and said I could come back topay, which I did. Passed my exam too. Read more
This location is so poorly ran compared to other locations. I told my husband I would not return to this location because every... single time? Something is wrong with our order. Tonight 8/25/22, I was craving Chick-fil-A and thought that I have given themenough time and maybe, just maybe they have gotten it together. Nope. Get home, meal is not right, missing items and the ranchis warm. We were shocked pulling in at 7 pm and there was hardly anyone in the line? maybe everyone else is catching on thatthis location is trash. Read more

Newly remodeled Chick fil A location. I usually order through the app, which makes waiting much less than just going to the... drive thru. Service is quick and employees are nice. Food is good as well. Read more
