Walked into this Baskin Robbins at 3:00 on a Thursday. They had NO ice cream at all. They said that ALL their ice cream was... frozen so they didn?t set any out. A couple of weeks ago we went up to the door around 5:00 to go in. There was a note on thedoor saying we had to go through the drive through. We went through the drive through and they informed us they only had abouteight flavors to choose from! This is a very poorly run location. I am typing this while having ice cream at Braum?s. Stopped in yesterday at 7:25 pm to pick up some Rainbow Sherbert and they had already packed up the ice cream buckets for... closing which was at 8:00pm. The should adjust their hours if they don?t want to serve the customers. Read more
I was anxious to try the new Valentine's flavor and was treated to quick, thoughtful, friendly service as well. My server even... made a genius suggestion that sent me merrily on my way with an additional treat. The Secret Admirer flavor was great with theraspberry and rose combination. I?ve ordered from them twice in one week and both orders were cancelled by them. The first one I understand because of the icy... roads but today it was cancelled for no reason!!! It went thru 3 Ubers drivers showing up to get my order then all of a sudden Ireceived a cancellation with no reason as to why!!! I called them twice and let it ring and ring with no answer!!! All these other reviews are true! They shut everything down early (an hour before closing time) and horrible customer service on... top of that. Our usual Baskin Robbin location is in Murphy but their waffle cone machine was broken so we decided to Drive allthe way to this location in Rowlett. Since it?s much further, we called and spoke to Valeria. She assured us they had thecookies n cream icecream and chocolate chip icecream in stock. We drove the distance, and when we arrived, to our unpleasant surprise, half of the icecream flavors were stored away for the day (including the cookies n cream and chocolate chip flavors).Natalia told us they had been put away for the day and that they usually put half the icecream away at 7pm. We asked, why whenwe called, they assured us they had it in stock. We would have never driven the 20 minutes to this location. We also told herthey are not closed until 8pm, why would they put the icecream away at 7pm??? Natalia rolled her eyes at us, and repeated to usthat their policy is to put the icecream at 7pm because they close at 8pm. Ice crystals galore in both our cones taste like freezer flavor. Like they dont know to scrape off the ice and freezer taste.... Gross. A lady was giving us samples and just walked away to do the drive thru. Rude. Then took awhile for another lady to comeand finish helping us. No apologies. I stopped by hoping to find a unique flavor. You know? The stuff Baskin Robbins is known for. Instead we walked into a store... where the employees were more interested in gossiping than a simple greeting and a freezer where half of it had no ice cream.The other half?
