The drive through line wasn't long at all at about 11:30 am on a Sunday. My order was ready super quickly too! The quality of... the tea here is definitely one of the best. I had the oolong milk tea, easy sweet with boba and the oolong flavor was reallystrong and perfectly balanced with the milk and sweetness level. Edit: I went here again at about 8:30 pm on a Sunday and therewas no line for the drive through. The employees were again super quick to get my drink order completed. It's mainly popular for drive through but there are a few parking spots and a row table to sit at. The service was quick, even... though there were only two employees taking orders and making the drinks. If you like a strong and sweet drinks, I recommendtheir new Green Thai Tea drink. It is quite fragrant with jasmine and has a interesting flavor. For me, it is a bit too muchon side even with the lower "Easy sweet" level adjustment. Read more

Horrible horrible customer service! I waited in the drive-thru line, no one took my order. I drove to the window to make sure... they were open. I saw the employees in there, they looked right at me and did not bother to walk over and help me or tell mewhether they were closed or running behind.
