I?m standing here for 5 plus minutes inside Whataburger in the head of a line and no one is taking our orders. Workers saw us... here but nobody bothered to shout out that customers were here. A woman with a headset on finally came out and asked us if wewere being helped and she took our order. Apparently the regular cashier wasn?t around and the manager was probably watchingfootball. Waited a few months for them to get the bugs worked out in a new kitchen setting. Glad I did, because every time we order it's... perfect! Fresh food, orders correct and friendly service, any time of day. We always order at least 4 meals with somecustomizations. We usually order through the app, then go inside to pickup. And because it only makes sense, we always check ourorder in the parking lot before we leave. So far, so good. It's the only place in the area we can feed 4 ppl on $30. Great job,guys! Read more
Monica L. had great service. She was working the window at 11pm taking care of 20 cars and 2 lines of cars. She asked her... coworker to go outside and give us our order. Whataburger not be known for its consistent customer service but this particular place has really kind employees. They may not... be the fastest at fast food, and they may get your order wrong a couple times, but they are happy to make it right, and I candef say the food here taste a lot better than some of the Austin sit down restaurants. First time I tried your burger, it was not a great experience. So I decided to try it again, at a different location and it was... certain that I didn't like the burgers at all. 3 times I have ordered my standard order from this store for delivery and not once has it been correct. I order a patty melt... with an extra slice of cheese, an extra patty, extra grilled onions and extra sauce. All three times I have received a standardpatty melt with out my $3-$4 worth of add ons. I wouldn?t be upset if they would resolve the issue and give me my money back butWhataburger customer support for delivery is severely lacking. Read more
First time at this new Whataburger, Fries were hot and perfectly salted, Burger was warm and delicious. Their soda machine was... down, but they had sweet tea which I don't mind much anyways, but the food at this location 10/10, this is what a Whataburgershould taste like. Horrific wait times. Trainees left alone and lines got longer. Couldnt get out of the drive thru line and had to wait 35... minutes to pay and get my order. They had my drinks wrong and it was another 10 minute wait at the window. Edit: We get homeafter waiting a full hour and still got our number 1 order wrong and the breakfast platter wrong.
