Biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese was fabulous! I added Simply Orange juice and boom, breakfast is served! I ate inside and the... restrooms were very clean. The Staff was courteous and on point, especially Gwen. Read more

After seeing the commercial a hundred times, I cam in to try the Patty Melt - it did not disappoint! Also, great customer... service at this location - both from the cashier and the person that brought us our food. I'll be back! Read more

I dropped in with my son on the way to his work. We went in and ordered food to go and sat down to talk. I was greatly surprised... to be greeted by a delightful employee who took the time to welcome us. She mentioned that she did not remember seeing us therebefore and hoped we had a great experience. She spoke a few times more and moved on. Later another employee came by and checkedon us. I am overwhelmed by the attitude of service at a fast food restaurant. It is a bright gem in hard times. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!The one star I gave is for the girl who took my order and walked it to my car. This poor girl came out... obviously in distress and when I asked if she was ok she broke out crying and saying the management was yelling at her. (Thiswas during the last hour of open hours and there were a lot of cars in line) Whataburger you need to remember you need youremployees, your employees don't need you. There are plenty of minimum wage jobs everywhere. Read more

Had high hopes for this location, but sadly disappointed. Tried ordering through the second lane tonight as it was not blocked... off with a cone, sat there 5 minutes saying hello, no response. Had to back up and use the other lane in which someone hadalready pulled in and was finishing ordering. Waited several minutes Had to say hello 3x before someone finally responded totake our order. Order was wrong, ordered the bacon bleu cheese burger and it came with NO bacon and small dallop of bleu cheese.1 tiny slice of tomato on both burgers I ordered. Last visit I also used the second lane (also not blocked off) someone took myorder but told me to merge into lane A. Not sure why there are 2 lanes to order at if cars need to merge into 1 lane. As you canimagine no one would let me over as they probably didn't understand what I was trying to do as it didn't make ANY SENSE. Thechild finally comes out and flags me forward and asks if I heard her tell me to merge. Yes, and my blinker was on and line wasbacking up due to TRYING to merge, as again makes NO SENSE to move from lane B into lane A just because you don't want to comeout in the heat to do the job you are being paid to do. Order comes out 15 minutes later and the brownies I ordered weremissing. Waited another 10 minutes before finally getting the product I paid for. Training definitely needed for staff and ifsecond lane is not being used block it off. Read more

This Whataburger is always fast, and the food is fresh and on point. Sometimes we have had issues with the customer service, but... usually it is quickly corrected. Go for the food and not the service. Read more

Extremely pleasant cashier. Even wished me a good bye. You know what to expect food wise. This is a nice, new location. Some... variety in seating choices. Read more

I have been to this location several times since they opened and today was the first time I had such horrible service. First, we... did not receive our 3 piece chicken strip meal we ordered but the fries were there. Also ordered a whataburger that wascompletely not prepared the way we ordered it but while I was calling to address the order mishap, my sister finds a big pieceof plastic in her burger. I don?t like telling others how to do their job but seems like there are some issues that need to beaddressed with this location. Read more
