What is there to say about Whataburger. For this example I was there for breakfast. The breakfast burgers were OK the service... was OK I didn?t have to wait too long in line to get my food or to order. Maybe if I go back to this particular Whataburger Ican give a better review but as for now this is what I give! Not good not bad it?s average. I feel like people that work thereare trying their best therefore this is my review for now. Usually the strips are rather large which I appreciate as at others it?s just cooked batter. This time, they were not the usual... size so they gave me 2 additional strips for no extra cost! I hope that is not a knock as I?m trying to highlight the kindnessof them doing so and it shows that they have a standard that they will meet regardless. its a whataburger yunno! i took this picture in the drive through with my round rock since im pretty sure this whata is in... roundrock texas. im really happy that we got this food because its a constant in texas and always reminds you of home regardlessof where you are. they also had a special limited batch spicy ketchup and boy was it spicy! in a good way lmfao Read more
Gave 1 star because I couldn't give a negative number. Left work for lunch to get lunch. Went into Whataburger and ordered... a Bacon Blue Cheese sandwich and a Pattymelt sandwich to go. After 20 minutes of waiting it was discovered that the clown takingmy order gave my number to a patron who ordered after me. I know this because when my number #64 was called and they gave me thebag it had onion rings and fries on the top. I told him that is not what I ordered. Then it was discovered a genius in the backdeleted my order because there were 2 orders in que with the same number. I then left to be late for returning to work withoutthe lunch I had paid for. No I didn't ask for a refund since I wasn't looking for another mishap. At the rate they were going Iwould have been charged a second time for food I didn't get. It bears mentioning they were not busy. I'm not one to disrespectpeople but if you are clowning around calling a coworker little one little you are a player you are 40 years past that.Incredibly poor service. No manager in sight. Needless to say I'm PO-ed and hungry and hot. Never returning to a Whataburger andif you are thinking about it slap your forehead and go somewhere else. Read more
I just really don't like the taste of the food at whataburger. It tastes like everything is made of plastic or grease. The... chicken tenders are mostly crunchy coating, not enough chicken. I keep having to come back because my husband likes the honeybutter. Oh, and they're the only place I can get a Dr Pepper milkshake. Read more
Just bought this at 10:42 pm on Nov 28 at this location. There's a fricken hair in the food!! So disgusting! An explosion of flavors. Northeast does not have yet a Whataburger location. I enjoyed their fast foods in Texas.
I wish there is zero star. I was on lane B waiting to get my food, but it seems like the line wasn't moving. Three cars that... came after me on lane A took their order and left while I was in line for over 30 minutes to get my food. It wasn't acomplicated order and they were not busy at all. They were not under staffed as well. I just don't understand why it took themover 30 minutes. Finally, I got my food when home and learned that they forgot to give me the cookies I got for the kids. Ipromised myself not to go there any more. I make sure my kids know how terrible the restaurant is growing up. Read more
