Remember the old ads for "Where's the beef"? I went through the drive through and ordered 3 large Chili's to have for our dinner... later. It was like bean soup, with not many beans, and seriously one tiny piece of hamburger/beef in each one. If it's not goingto have meat, at least put veggies into it. It was broth and small amount of beans. I don't usually complain, but somethingwasn't right here. I've bought the Chili at this location before & it was hardy, and good. Read more
Hope a manager or owner reads this. Long time Wendy's fan, first time at this location. No leadership present on a Saturday... afternoon (24 Sep 2022). Eight groups of people in line at the counter, totally ignored for over five minutes, four of them leftwhen the guy in front of me finally asked, "excuse me, is anyone working the registers" -- then someone came over and startedtaking orders. Trash on the floors, soda area was a mess, every table top needed wiping, no paper towels in bathroom, food wasterrible... Read more
This Wendy?s is awful. Despite being a relatively new location it?s already ran down and in disrepair. Only one drive through... lane has been open for like three years despite there being a sign that says ?Any Lane Any Time?. Have received raw burgers fromthis place for myself and my kids. Look at the other reviews in here for the raw chicken they sometimes serve. Drive thru lanealways takes forever and you never know if the lobby is actually open. Place needs all new management or owners that actuallycare. Read more
The food here is great and so are the employees! We went through the drive thru and didn't get our whole order. We had to run... back in to get the rest and they were super apologetic and gave us a cookie. It was no big deal at all for us. We willdefinitely be back to this location and are super happy with their customer service!! It is very rare to find good employeesanymore, especially in fast food. Went at 7pm to try the new strawberry shake. First the man at the window said they were all out. So I asked if it was only the... strawberry or all the flavors, he said all the flavors. So I questioned him and said really??? You're completely out of ALLflavors? He said yes. Then he says they're cleaning the machine. So what is it then, just straight up lied. Read more
Pre ordered on the app in hopes to save time. Got to the drive thru and sat for approximately 1 minutes before a voice came on... and said "1 sec". Approximately 2 minutes later the same voice said "what do you need?". I responded that I had a mobile orderand gave my name. The response was "what?, so I gave the info again. I was then told "next window". After I got to the window,there was a you man with no name tag at the window. He did not greet me or acknowledge me in anyway until he handed me my drink.No words exchanged. About 2 minutes later he handed me the bag that had my sandwich in it, again no words exchanged. I will saythat a "Welcome to Wendy's" and a "Thank you" would have resulted in a much higher rating. I snapped this photo while I waswaiting for my turn to get to the window. Do not go to this location. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food chain so I keep trying this location hoping it won't be... terrible. Unfortunately today was my last attempt. I went and ordered something very simple. Two #1 combos and a frosty. Theguy at the window had a sizable open wound and was handling drinks and food without gloves/bandages so that was immediatelyoff-putting. The food was promptly set behind him in a bag however he took the next 3-4 orders without turning around to handthe bag over. Once he finally turned around and handed the bag out the window, the food was cold and tasted terrible. Took onebite, got home and threw it all in the trash. This location has made me never want Wendy's again. Read more
