Loved trying out waffle love! Thankfully we went when there was not very many people there. The man working the register was so... kind and helpful for our large bachelorette party group. The waffles are a little smaller than I would prefer for the price aswell as filling us up but they were sure tasty! They took a little bit of time to bring out our order especially when therewasn?t anyone who ordered before us. We were all pleased when we left and enjoyed the positive and encouraging environment. Came here with a large group of 10 for brunch on a Sunday morning. They don't take reservations, so was lucky to get the 1... large counter-height table that can seat about 12-14 people. It was busy and they said the chicken orders would take about20-25 minutes, but the time went by pretty quickly and had some tomato bisque while waiting. Food came out about the expectedtime and they did a good job of bringing all the orders out together. Most everyone ordered the chicken and waffles, but therewas an order of the Chicken Avocado Tartine and Breakfast Sammy. All the orders were still hot and plated nicely as that'soften a challenge with large parties. Food was good. The staff working the register were friendly, but one staff membercleaning the dining area was rude. People were cleaning up after themselves and throwing their trash away in the trashcan bythe drink fountains. However, this staff member rudely told people they were using the wrong trashcan and to use the other onein the middle of the restaurant. The food is amazing. Fresh and not expensive! The only problem I had was with the guy who took out order. Was extremely rude.... Customer service was horrible. Even when I mentioned that i have never been here before, he still made no attempt to bewelcoming. After being seated I spoke to one of the managers and immediately fixed the issue with the gentleman?s( customerservice) which I appreciated as well took care of our needs. If you love to try new things, then this is the place you should try out. Interesting twist on waffles that is very delicious. ... I had the chicken and waffles from they truck about 2 years ago and it blew me away. Found that they open a store front, so ofcourse I had to test it out again. Got the chicken and waffles again and it is still delicious. They have different wafflecreations for everyone one. Staff was courteous and professional. First time at this establishment and will have to say they did not let me down at all! I ordered the grilled cheese with tomato... bisque, my wife had the chicken and waffles and for desert we had a strawberry churro waffle. Everything tasted delicious andwas amazing. The only defect I experienced from this experience was a spiked table. Wife had to go out to the car and retrieveour Clorox wipes to clean off our table. The cashier was awesome and gave us great recommendations as far as what we shouldpurchase and did not fail us on either dish she mentioned. I had such high expectations for this place and they were not met. This place has incredible potential. The restaurant itself... is simply stunning. Wall decorations, furniture and signage made 100%. Well, now to the bad part. The restaurant is dirty. There were a lot of free tables, but they were all dirty and I had to wipe the table for myself. I?ve eaten here a handful of times and usually get the sweet options. It took about 20 minutes to get food today and I was the... only customer at the time. I tried the grilled cheese and while the soup was good the sandwich waffle was tough and hard. I?lldefinitely stick with the sweet. Their menu items have gone $1-2 each in the last six months. It?s pricey for the amount offood. Two items and a bottle drink was $26. They also need a bell or something to indicate customers.
