Will never be back. After a long day we go to taco cabana, because it?s one of the few places open late. Order 2 chicken... quesadillas and asked for fuego sauce. This is NOT a complicated order right?! However, it?s obvious that this location hashired a individuals that just don?t care. After arriving home, our quesadillas had NO chicken and we were given 2 regularsalsas. No guacamole or sour cream as it?s been served by every other taco cabana in existence. I was charged $21 for this sorryexcuse for food. One of food prep staff was on his phone the entire time our order was being made. I know there?s workforceshortages and quality people are hard to find, but I will never be back. These employees had an obvious lack of consideration orcare for their jobs and the lack consideration for the people keeping them employed. Truly sad for their future in general andtheir disregard for what $21 means to some households. Read more
I order a fajita taco with onions and cilantro. My taco had one of the twist that are used to close up a loaf of bread... with. Good news, I took it back the manager explained his staff member made a mistake and the manager made it right and made me2 tacos on the house! That's what I call customer service. Thank you Read more
As always, the food is really good for a "fast food" place, but sometimes when dining in, it's hard to tell if they are really... open or just hanging out on the job. The employees are cordial nonetheless, but seem to be unusually less than grateful to havecustomers. I have been to numerous Taco Cabana locations. This location is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever visited. The... biggest problem is management. They are blindly hiring body's to fill positions and yet they offer no training to the workers.Out of 10 visits you will be lucky if they get your order correct atleast once. Under proper supervision I am sure this placewould be as good as any other location. It all starts with training. Read more
Why did I stop here? I got a combo. The rice isn?t even above room temperature but not quite refrigerator cold. The beans are... nasty. The enchilada sauce is too salty to eat. The chips are stale. The kitchen staff lays out a string of cuss words inregards to some video game. The salsa alone gets a star. Read more
The food is fine. It's exactly what I expect. There are two reasons to go here, one is the food and the other is the fast aspect... of fast food. There is not enough staff to run the cashier. The dining room is often closed in the mornings. I've been thereafter they received a shipment. 60 boxes and 16 bags of rice and beans. All in the dining room. There is no salsa bar. We stumbled upon this place while out getting things at the store for our hotel room. The staff were amazing. The food was... pretty good and the $3.00 margaritas were well worth every drop. They had a huge selection. Great experience. Wish they hadone in Colorado. Read more
