Horrible experience! Rude, loudly talking to everyone else while taking our order having conversations laughing making us repeat... ourselves then messing up the order in the end. Went back to let them know we were missing food, first wouldn?t give us areceipt cause it had been to long but it had only been 4 mins then let us know they didn?t forget anything because it was neverrung up, but if they were listening and not talking they wouldn?t have forgot it. Just left wasn?t gonna spend anymore moneythere. The food we did get was old and made wrong as well. I ordered inside on Sunday, august 28 and the African American girl was on her phone and looked so mad she had to wait on me.... Drive thru was backed up. Once she took my order of 2 tacos and 1 burrito she went over to stand next to young man working drivethru and went back on her phone. Everyone else was working hard. Every time I come here and pay cash I get short changed. The manager needs to teach them how to count change back or they are... purposely stealing. The people who work here don?t care at all. I stood at the counter 5 min with people staring at me, theywere doing nothing. Finally someone helped me. Only go here through drive thru with credit card. They're ALWAYS RUDE, never have "ANYTHING", very disrespectful. This is the last time I'm buying there because they even left a... piece of glove, since they're so disrespectful and leave parts of used gloves I wonder what other contamination they do to thefood we buy. DISRESPECTFUL!!! Read more
This Taco Bell has really fallen in the time we've been in round rock(2yrs) but this visit was the cherry on top! The lady at... the window had rude body language and seemed as if we were a inconvenience ordering with them. Everything was ice cold not evenwarm at least. The cheese was not melted. The chicken chipotle melts had one single piece of chicken (on all but one),thechicken quesadilla was just like everything else nearly no chicken and cheese was not melted(ice cold), and the beef beanburrito was ice cold with lots of tortillas and hardly any beef, beans and cheese. This was hands down worse experience I've hadat a Taco Bell. I don't know what's going on with this store but the GM needs to get a handle on this, or corporate/franchiseneeds to take a peak in cause this is ridiculous. Read more
Sometimes good sometimes bad. Rarely open on time so don't go early and they could work on some fundamentals like CUTTING and... shapes lol. Nobody was in line when i went through. Did get fresh coffee though. Read more
