Ordered from this taco bell because the usual one I order from shut down their online service. Cold tacos, none of the order was... right except for the five layered burrito and cheesy potatoes. Staff was condescending people's requests and orders out loud.Just bad almost all around. There was a piece of plastic (maybe part of a glove) that was cooked into the crunch wrap. And both Diet Pepsis had zero flavor... and were mostly carbonated water. The only positive is that the food came out quickly Read more
The employee taking order in drive thru was incredibly friendly; it was very easy to hear her thru the speaker. Paying for my... food was was a good exchange. At the pick up window, it was obvious who took my order-she was clearly happy to be at work andengaged me. We had brief conversation that left me smiling. Absolutely cannot stand this location. About 5 different times the same DISRESPECTFUL woman takes my order, and never even... checks to make sure the food is correct. She not only slams the window in my face, before i can even say "have a great day" butshe CONTINUES to get away with terrible customer service. She hates her life and everybody in it, it seems. She should not workin the customer service field. Officially last time I'm ever going to this location. Cause no matter how many times I ask for itto be STEAMED AND ON THE GRILL so the cheese is ACTUALLY melted, they still don't listen. Nobody wants to eat friken coldshredded cheese! Let me start by listing the things that were positive with my experience at this restaurant I had the pleasure of going today: I... have my food and drink. That's the end of the good experience at this restaurant on today in particular and only seems to happenwhen a particular employee is in charge of the front drive through register, handing food out the door, and drinks (About anaverage amount of responsibilities for the position). The employee was slow, unresponsive and forgetful. I go every Wednesday,between 4:45pm and 5:00pm, to this restaurant and if there is a big line it's a 50/50 chance this grandpa is taking orders. Ihonestly keep hoping that when ever I hear this guy's voice over the intercom that he has improved at his job but it's been thesame thing as early a December when I moved in RR. Just move the guy off the cash register and fountain machine and that's allhis problems solved. Overall this is just a regular Taco Bell with a consistently bad employee that makes orders take longerthan needed, leaves a bad impression on the customer, and could do fine in any other position. Horrible experience! They left 2things out of my order and messed up 2other items I never got my 2 5 layer burritos and 2out of... 3 of my bean burritos had onions. My 3year old doesn't eat onions,he throws up if he does. And when I tried calling they neveranswered I called about 6-7 times all I got was a busy tone. First time customer. My wife and I had the chicken sandwich taco box. The food was ok. The chicken was kind of dry. The food was... warm, not hot. Not sure why. We did not have to wait and we only live 5 minutes from that location. The cashier Wayne M. andthe girl at the pickup window were both very personable and helpful. Pretty good meal for the price. We will most likely go backagain. I hope the food will be warmer and the chicken a little moister than it was today. Read more
Cold nachos fries, didn't get steak in my chalupa just beef. Their drinks taste like the nozzles are dirty for way too long. I'm... pretty sure this place would not pass a health inspection. GO TO ANOTHER TACO BELL Read more
