Terrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up and the door was locked. Went to the drive through and they couldn't find... my order. Then the girl who came to help the the guy at the window had an awful attitude. Better training is needed. Read more

Horrible service.! Yesterday no ice coffee and today no one was at work! Except one lady! She could of at least put a sign out... by the drive through or the windows to let everyone know that they are not open today. I parked and watched cats drive by andtry to open the door. If you are not working why not just come to the door to let people know that you are not open! I had tocancel my mobile order ! Not cool ! Read more

Insanely rude staff. We ordered online and plan on eating there. Is that online they were open but when we got there the dining... room was closed. Apparently they?re short staffed. The person at the drive-through was insanely rude and told us if we didn?tlike it we could go someplace else. Unfortunately we couldn?t because we already paid for our food online so we took it to go.When I pulled up we could see they were at least three people working there. Ordered through mobile to this location. App didn?t show that the store was closed but when I arrived, all doors were locked. I... called to see what?s going on since I had placed an order and they said that due to staffing issues they are closed. I lookinside and there?s 3 workers staring at me, and I asked what can I do to get my food. The manager responds to request a refundvia app or customer service number. I called customer service and they gave me the run around saying that they won?t be able todo the refund, and will give me credits instead. Once it got in their head that the store is closed and credits won?t help meget any food, they started the refund. Customer care lady said the refund was posted but couldn?t provide any receipt orconfirmation number. I asked her to pass me to someone else that can actually help me, and got hung up on. Worst case experienceever and they won?t even refund me on a service I didn?t receive!! This is bull$#it. Read more

They don?t make your food right. Poor customer service. Ordered a burrito and it barely had any beans, asked for a better... burrito after it took a while to get their attention and the manager denied and said that?s their portion. If I wanted another Iwould have to buy it. And they?re on their phones ignoring customers wanting to order. Read more

Andrew the store manager could use a course on customer service. We order for in store pick up but the door is locked. No sign... just two employees standing in lobby doing nothing. Then throw the food at us. Plus we get home and they shorted items from ourorder. That sound of the bell and everyone goes here is totally wrong. Pass on this franchise. Read more

The tacos they make are intentionally small no meat lettuce for days service is poor. Employees just as poor as service. This... what gets you ran up on at your work place. On the side rushing people's order to smoke your cig or whatever they on in herecause service is bad. Read more
