UPDATE!! We just stood in there for 20 mins very nice and patient with one girl working. OUT OF WHITE BREAD AGAIN. COULD HAVE... SAID SOMETHING. RUDE RUDE LADY. 3RD TIME PUT OF WHITE BREAD. They are always out of everything! They are out of white bread andwheat bread on the SAME day. No cookies 9/10 of the times. They have rang up my coupons wrong and over charged me. Almost everyemployee here is rude. The person that runs this Subway (Owner) should sell to someone else who actually wants to own thisbusiness and be successful. How is a meal 17 dollars there........I can get better quality food at chipotle for 12 dollars.
The morning shift worker was not very welcoming to the point if one doesn't like this job then dont do it. I opted for this... place because it wouldn't be full like other eateries on a relaxing Sunday morning. Mood was "aw jeeze customers!!" Placed an online order here in April since it was within their hours listed online. Showed up and they had just closed (at 8,... posted hours say 9). They didnt call us to tell us they were closing and didnt make our order. The manager said our money wouldbe refunded. It wasn't. I sent a message on their website and got one response that they would send a check. They didnt. Itagged them on Twitter and they responded to DM them. I did and they never replied. So I sent another message on their website.I got a canned reply and that was it. I later called the store and a new person was managing the store. She said she would passon my issue and I would get a call in the next couple of days. I never did. I still have not received a refund for my order thatwas never filled. We went back today to see if going in person would work. We showed up at 6:30 pm. The store was closed. Withhours marked as 8 am -9:30 pm.... Read more
Oh my goodness! Melvin and Connie are THE BEST!! I had a large last minute order for multiple sandwich trays and I called only 2... hours ahead when you?re supposed to give 24 hours notice! Melvin could have just told me NO but he reached out to his manager totry to help me and I?m so thankful. Connie was already off work and not only did she allow this to happen but she drove backinto work so she could help Melvin prepare this order. They had no reason to help me in this way but they did because they areexcellent and compassionate and service oriented! I needed these sandwiches for students at the Round Rock high school andwithout them 150 students would have had no dinner. Thanks so much Connie and Melvin for feeding us food and love! I am giving this location 5 stars based solely on the employee working there. I had lunch there just a little while ago & had... great service . The young lady working there today ( Tues Nov 1 ) is working all alone. There is a long line of people that sheis serving. She was doing the work of 3 people & killing it !!!
