I just ordered here and the young man that made my sandwiches, I wish I got his name but I didn?t, had the best customer service... skills I?ve seen in quite awhile. He had longer hair and looked very young, but very polite and made sure to engage while heloaded the sub up with veggies, for a young man in the work force I was surprised to see his attention to interacting with thecustomer, great job to him! I went in and was greeted politely and the lady who made my sandwiches was kind however when checking out I let the cashier know... he it?s my birthday any cool discount I can get (with a chuckle) and I was met with a blank stare and no response. It alsodidn?t help at all that I ordered two sandwiches and she could only ring up 1 at a time and I was met with a ?you ordered twosandwiches??? Yes I did one for me and one for a friend and was met again with a blank stare no apology no birthday cookie justsad experience. We ordered through the mobile app and went to pick up. The order wasn?t ready and we were made to wait 35 exact minutes. There... were 5 people who walked in, ordered and left. My order was still not ready. After asking them several times, I was finally ableto get my order and was given all my food in a paper bag as the guy told me he didn?t feel like going in the back to get moreplastic bags. I placed an order online and it had automatically selected the University store and my three sandwiches came out to $18 and... change. I change the pick up location to the East Palm Valley location and my order went up To almost $27. I?m not sure ifthat?s because the University location is inside a gas station? Anyway beware that they are very expensive at this location. Read more
