I come to this store often, and the lady at window tells me to pull up since i got a pour over which i understand, and gives me... only 3 straws out of the 4 drinks. Frankie who?s supposedly a ?shift leader? gives me the drink and rolls her eyes and i?m like,maam can i get a straw? and she stares at me for like 30 seconds like she doesn?t know what she?s doing and goes ?just go insideand grab it yourself? with a attitude and i never had an issue at this store before she must?ve been hired into a managerbecause she?s very unprofessional.So i asked for the manager to talk to discuss the problem and she goes ?i am the manager? andwalks away.. Used to work here I thought people should know it's infested with fruit Flys. Ya, you see that sink the baristas use to cean the... milk pitches, blenders, or tea shakers, there is a brood hord of maggots living in the sink. Also during the pandemic they wereoffering severance packages. I opted for that and I was told I didn't qualify even though I worked for starbucks for over 10YEARS. Read more
This is a great Starbucks. If a mistake is made they fix it right away no questions asked. Also their service is super fast.
My Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher was absolutely delicious and, obviously, refreshing. It was fun to have all the pieces of... pineapple floating in the drink. The Chocolate Cream Cold Brew had perfect chocolate cream. Mmmm. The baristas did a good jobmanaging counter, mobile, and drive thru orders. My drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time and my name was called(some locations are lazy about this with mobile orders), which I appreciated. I asked for a bag to carry my drinks, thinking itwould have cup carriers inside (I've had that elsewhere) but that's not this store's process. So I was given a drink carrier. Ialso requested drink stickers to keep them from spilling in my vehicle. This store doesn't carry them, but the barista quicklygrabbed order stickers and covered the drinks! Awesome!
