I wish I could post a negative 5 star review. the store manager at this location is ablest towards her employees with mental... illnesses. do not work here at all costs. the benefits are NOT worth the trauma you will go through from not only horriblecustomers but also the upper management. at this location and most others, drive times and customer connection scores are moreimportant that the actual humans working behind the bar. do not support the money hungry corporation known as Starbucks, go toone of the better local coffee shops down the street. The Staff was sooo Great! They ALL wished me a happy birthday & complimented on my outfit. I believe it should be the STATE... MOTTO of "be UNIQUE", NOT make Austin weird. They embraced me on my Special Day & I APPLAUD the STAFF. Read more
A decent Starbucks for Round Rock, this location suffers from being surprisingly busy at even off-peak times. The staff here,... though, are so sweet, and seem to really put a premium on making you feel comfortable while you wait. Read more

Friendly staff and prompt service. The cashier was a good sport at taking my caffeine-deprived order with the patience of a... saint. The drinks were ready in just a few minutes so we were able to get going quickly. I appreciate that each drink wascalled out separately. Girl with the pink hair working the drive thru. Attitude is very off putting. I come here often and everyone is always for... friendly. She made a few mistakes on my order (not a big deal) it?s how she ignored me and never apologized. Just stayed quieton the mic whenever I asked her what the items were on the screen.. a simple question. Finally when I said hello just to makesure I wasn?t talking to myself she just says ?yeah? as if I?m bothering her. Read more
My wife and I went to Starbucks on university on Tuesday. My wife had a $5 gift card and the bill was $12. The guy at the window... asked if she wanted to pay the rest on card and she said yes. He then asked if she wanted the gift card back. Thinking that iswas empty now she said no. The next day she looked at her bank account and realized she was charged for the full amount. I wentin with a long shot since I had no proof but wanted to let a manager know what happened and that they have a thief at thewindow. I spoke with Devin the floor manager. After him looking up that day on his register she said he would like to help andasked what he could do. I told him I just want her gift card back. He said he couldn?t do that but gave me two card for thevalue of $4. While it?s not the full amount I?m happy that he tried to resolve the issue. Thank you Devin! #happywifehappylife Read more
