DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT COLD HORRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We hadn't been in over a year and Wendy's... was closed early so I thought I'd give them another try(our first experience was similar) and that was a huge mistake! My wifeordered a three piece tenders and received a regular three piece bone in chicken that was ice cold, the chicken had weirdinedible meat, and the wings were basically fried bones. I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich that looked like it had beenflattened and was ice cold too. The fries we both ordered were ice cold and looked like they had been left over from lunch. Ifyou want Popeyes maybe drive to a location miles down the road but, don't get your hopes up too much. I will never go to thislocation ever again IF I do want Popeyes but, it will be a while. Far and away the most improved fast food experience in Round Rock! I am overweight and diabetic, so I I have had to drastically... cut down on fast food and fried fast food in particular. Popeyes has long been a favorite but this location has historicallybeen underwhelming. Usually very long lines at the drive thru, incorrect or incomplete orders, extremely long wait times forfood that still somehow seemed to arrive lukewarm and dried out. I used to feel that I ?wasted? a treat meal if I tried to comehere. But I have to say that my last 3 visits were completely and totally different. Fast service, hot and fresh food, pleasantand professional staff and just an all-around exceptional experience. Thank you!!!! Read more

Something is wrong here. Sat at the drive thru for around 20 minutes-no one was there to take my order. The person in front of... me was able to order, but I was trapped at that point-there was a line behind me. At that point I began to fear being late forwork, so I simply waited behind the one in front to get their food, and left without even being able to order. Are theyunderstaffed? I'm not going to pretend they should be doing this soul-sucking job with a smile, because I know first-hand howawful food service is. I won't blame the employees blindly. Don't do it to yourself! This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to and it just keeps getting worse. Never more than 3... people working, my order is either wrong or missing something every single time. I've had to wait 10+ minutes just to place myorder in the drive thru because they lock the front doors lol. If you're gonna give them a chance do not drive off til you checkyour order! Read more

I love Popeyes chicken and when I saw the one opening along RM620 road, I was very happy. However, the timing of the store... opening could not have been worse because of the pandemic. Today my family voted to have Popeyes fried chicken so I went to getthem. After seeing people coming out of the store, I decided to go in because I have never been inside the restaurant since itopened. As expected, inside the restaurant was cleaned and new. There were two costumers ahead of me but service was somewhatslow because there were 3 visible employees behind the counter: one working by the fryer, one preparing sandwiches and one ladytaking the orders from drive thru and in-store who visibly looked a little stressed out. For a split second I considered walkingout of there because I sensed I might be getting a lousy service and/or getting the wrong order. But at the end, I decided tostay because I did not have the choice of going somewhere farther. Anyway, to my surprise, when was my time to place the order,the lady was very courteous and professional; she double checked the order and took her time to make sure all items wereincluded... I truly felt the lady did an excellent job making sure I got the right order despite of the fact that they had veryfew workers... That's a big plus in my book and I appreciate it. The chicken here was fresh and ????. The manager Stephanie was super awesome. Asked me did I need a jalapenos condiments. I'm... glad she did because I forgot about the Jalapeno's. Thank you Popeyes and your team ???? Read more

Worst Popeyes experience ever!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and a three-piece dark with french fries at 10:47 AM. Clearly,... this was yesterday?s chicken that either had been sitting out or had been refried. It was very dark brown and had a horribletaste! The french fries were the same. I don?t know how many manager this place have gone through, but they still have not found the manager that will make the place... better to deliver customer service . Currently Popeyes have this tall skinny African American manager that has zero, zipresolution to the problem THEY created . I placed 2 orders through mobile app, and BOTH order are wrong. They gave me mildchicken , instead of spicy . The chicken are hard and dried as if it has been on hot lamp for several hours. I asked for freshfried chicken and was waiting to wait , but she told me no the deliver trick has not come. I asked for my money back, and shetold me to dispute it with the credit card company. Popeyes have a policy to serve freshly fried chicken if your chicken is notright. The manger and cook did not do this . I asked for a refund , and she told me go argue with the credit card company !!What kind of resolution is this? The cook does not want to fry, the manager does care if you like the chicken or not and DO NOTwant to give customer service . This place is close to my work place , so I have seen a lot of manager and employees come andgo. Read more
