Very good Popeyes, some of them in the area aren't very good and take a long time to serve you, but this one is usually really... good. Sometimes they do swap a mild piece for a spicy if they're out of spicy, without telling you, but otherwise it's a goodlocation Read more

Ordered delivery today, 10/11/2022. 2 items were missing completely & restaurant substituted mashed potatoes/gravy for the... coleslaw I ordered. OR they did not follow the order properly. Either way, am disappointed with another order from thislocation. Placed order early so delivery driver wouldn't necessarily be driving in 'rush hr' traffic. BIG mistake; we wereevidently given the 'lunch leftovers' allowed to dry out under the heat lamps. Nice employees and I was excited bc there was hardly any line. Hit up the drive thru at 8:30 pm on a Friday (an hour and a half... before they close) and they said the only sides they have left are red beans and rice, and coleslaw. I waited 10 minutes no problem, I got the #3 they automatically upcharged me to a medium for 20 cents on a tea that was supposed... to be sweet and it was unsweetened which Is fine, im not too worried about that. Then she comes out and brings me my food in atiny bag and the box with my food in it is side ways. Then as she walks back in she gets on her phone. I understand people aretired maybe bored and don't like to work. But at least a little care in your work ethic is needed. Read more

I miss the good ole days when you recieved big, hot and juicy pieces of chicken from Popeyes! Ahh! Those days are long gone!... Went to this location just after lunch. Was not too busy, only 2 customers in lobby and it took a bit to get my order. Thinkingmaybe they were frying more chicken. I get my order and get home, I only live a few minutes away. I first notice the smallpieces of chicken. Maybe they served us midgit fried chicken pieces! Then the chicken was cold and dry! Put the dark pieces inthe microwave but not the breast as there was only 1 breast in the 11pc meal. 11pcs were 1 breast, 2 thighs, 4 legs and 4 wings.Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were the best part of the meal! Biscuits were cold and hard also. After prices are going up oneverything youd think you would recieve quality product! Not at this location. Customer service was great! Product was poor andnot worth what I paid for! My advice for anyone reading this review is to spend a few more dollars and eat at Tumble 22. Read more
