Drive through cashier was very rude. Ordered a medium Diet Coke no ice (can?t have sugar). Told her it tasted like regular coke.... Double checked and she got ruder with every response. Eventually gave me a small diet Dr Pepper with ice. I just leftunsatisfied and won?t be back. Read more

They are doing their very best. The staff here tonight was understaffed and out of most of things but tried their best to be... quick and accommodating. They messed up quite a few ways today. 1. We ordered at drive through. The lady at the window told us to pull front and they... will bring the food out once it?s done. After 30minutes wait at the parking spot my husband finally went in. The place has nocustomer and employees are just chitchatting, our food is sitting on the counter this whole time! 2. I ordered Cajun rice andthey gave me Cajun fry. 3. The meal I ordered suppose to come with 2 biscuits but there is no biscuits in the box. Service is not good at this Popeyes ever. Parked to go in side & the door was locked. Two male employees were standing behind... the counter talking to each other, not working. I went to the drive thru, & was 8th inline. I waited in the drive thru for 30minutes. It's always a long wait there & the last 2 times they shorted us biscuits. I asked the man at the drive thru to give methe 2 biscuits they shorted us before.He would not help me out You can see why I go there only 2 times a year. They are toooomuch to deal with. Read more

Triedto order a combo I saw on their screen was told I wasn't allowed to order said CBO without a code. I asked what code was... needed and he stated it was off a coupon and would not let me order it. Tried to show him and explain it's on your drive thruscreen and doesn't mention a coupon he won't give it to me without one. Read more

Avoid this place if you can. I'm sure there are other Popeyes you can go to. We arrived shortly before 5pm and the place was a... mess. To top it off, we waited for over 15 minutes for cold over dried out food. Nothing was stocked for a dinner hour. Theyeven we're not able to provide mac-n-cheese as they ran out.
