Purchased 2 milkshakes from this location. Which were horrible, I called to advise I would like a refund because they were... horrible spoke to management and they advised I could come back for a refund after work. Drove back to the location to receiverefund and manager advised me they could not refund my money because I had purchased the milkshake earlier after I explained toher I spoke with someone. With an attitude, she advised me to pull forward so she could call upper management. These people arehorrible and incapable of running a restaurant. This place has just cratered lately. In the beginning, we were so excited to have this restaurant opening nearby, but we won't... come back. The previous time I ordered I waited forever in the drive through line waiting for my order, only to get up to thewindow to find that they couldn't find my online order. Tonight I ordered again (should have known better). I don't know why,but this place is just really slow. It wasn't as bad as the previous order, but there were only two cars in front of me in thedrive-thru so it should have been faster. When I got up to the window I expected only two or three workers (as an explanationfor slowness). But there was a surprisingly large number of people working inside. They aren't slow because of problems withstaffing. But I can (sometimes) live with "slow" if the food is good. Our order was pretty simple. One of the items was acheeseburger with ketchup for our family's picky eater. Instead, we got a double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapenos. Notthe end of the world in the grand scheme of things, but still a bummer when your kids are excited about dinner and then they youget home and y'all get it totally wrong and you've got nothing for them to eat. They'll survive, of course, but no way I'mgoing to make that mistake again. And, yes, I know I could have contacted the stand about this. But I didn't want to. We ride by all the time and kept saying we really need to stop there and eat one day. The building gets out attention each time... because it looks it's very retro shaped and they remind me of the old burger chefs restaurants back in the day. So we werecoming back from the airport and thought this is the perfect time to grab something before we head home. We'll let me say WOW Iam impressed!! I love how everything is labeled grass fed, hormone free my husband got the bacon cheeseburger combo and I gotthe crispy chicken sandwich we both enjoyed our meals and for me I have to say my chicken sandwich was delicious and it's been along time since I have had a chicken sandwich this well made. I enjoyed the whole thing and it's very unusual I finish a wholesandwich but I ate every last part of it. Well done! Read more

Very good burger, very friendly service. I expected to receive the food faster as it is drive thru only location. Fries were... little soggy. Overall we were happy with the total experience. Young gentleman who served us at the window was extremely niceand we had a good conversation while waiting on the food. Read more
