Genuinely some of the worst service I?ve received; aside from being slow, the hours have changed multiple times during the past... several months and although this location seems understaffed at times even when there does seem to be enough staff on handturnaround on orders (whether in store, drive thru or curbside pickup) consistently remain lackluster. Is it too much to ask to have an English speaking cashier? I won't mention her name but she did not understand one word. I... ordered a cheese danish and coffee at around 10:00am on 9/20/22. She walked off and another employee had to help. I've been toMexico and other countries where the McDonald's, Burger Kings, and Little Caesars etc.. have cashiers that speak and understandEnglish enough to take an order. Read more
Simply the worst. No one speaks to you, they act irritated that you even came inside. The ice was all melted, when I finally got... enough ice for a drink, I took a sip and it was pure slime. Don't eat or drink here unless you want to get violently ill. Read more
I live right near this location, but it is consistently the slowest. I drive to I35 rather than wait here. The sign outside... says medium smoothie $1.99 but they ring up 2.99. I asked why and all they could say was I don't know. I'm not going to botherarguing with some poor kid making minimum wage. Read more
