I wish I could put 0 stars. This place is horrid. The 2 managers have trash attitudes towards you if your white. I get treated... horribly every time I come in here. I've had both of them either stare at me and help someone else right next to me and alsoroll their eyes at me. I was done with high-school years ago, this is pathetic. Take your money elsewhere and if you are adelivery driver, please we aware that if you don't speak spanish you will not get help unless you ask for it. There were boxes in the kids playground from a delivery this morning. Kids had to play around the boxes. Worker was teaching... everyone how to use the touchscreen... It literally took longer to teach that to just take the dang order herself! McDonald'suse to be a fun place. Now with all the contemporary changes, it's starting to look like an emo zone. Single worst McDonald's location on the planet and probably the multiverse. After moving this the one nearest my house.... Unfortunately the hot cancer McDonald's calls food is one of 3 foods my kid will eat. At least until now the service was good.After Dozens of visits I have yet to get what I ordered. I don't modify anything no special requests yet every time no matterwhat time of day some how Happy meal 6 nuggests with honey, not honey mustard is beyond the abilities of the D minus crew atMcDonald's Louis Henna. I stopped ordering Decafe coffee completely because I don't trust them at all. I have to argue to getour beverages 75% of the time. The last time I got breakfast there my hotcakes contained no hot cakes just an empty package andthey didn't even remember to give me butter for my imaginary breakfast. I'm 42 and never once had anything go wrong at aMcDonald's until I started going to this location. But like Walmart in the same parking lot McDonald's is too big to care. I stood in line 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When the clerk FINALLY came , it seemed like a burden... for her to take my order. Waited another 10 minutes to get our food. Yes, we could have gone somewhere else, but we?retraveling and were looking for convenience. Oh well???? I guess the assumption must have been that we were getting our food togo ( no one asked). Wasn't a big fan of this location. The nuggets were definitely old and it was during the peak of lunch so no excuses on their... end. It is in a good location so I understand why it was busy. Probably would not go back. Read more
I don?t recommend this location. The past few times we stopped in for a bite to eat we were not impressed. Last time it was... about 3pm & not busy but we had to clean our own table because there weren?t any clean ones. This time at 3:30pm the tables wereclean but the ladies restroom were extremely disgusting ????. I would have taken a picture, but I didn?t want to gross everyoneout. The trash can outside was completely full. We usually order the quarter pounder which we ordered today. What we receivedwere not a quarter pounder they were much smaller on the quarter pounder bun. I understand maybe lack of employees, but whenpeople are standing around talking you?d think they place would be in better shape. Read more

This is the second time in a row that this particular McDonald's has gotten my order wrong. They did not give me a second fry... order, yet again. This time, today, I not only didn't get my 2nd fry order, but the 2 Dr. Peppers tasted like old, flat sodawater, no taste what-so- ever. I had to throw that away. The food was not hot, nor even warm!
