Every time I have come here via the drive thru (which has been at least a dozen times) they over charge me, get the order wrong,... are rude, or just flat out cannot speak English. Today made me realize i will not come here again. I ordered a #1 big mac mealwhich includes fries and a drink. I told them i wanted a bottled water in place of a soda, they said okay. they charged me extrafor the bottled water!! So, i said okay if you are going to charge me extra, then just give me a cup of water. They literallygave me a kids cup of water.....To top it off, they offered me no ketchup or condiments, etc. There were no napkins in the bagas well. They can never serve the basic of customer service. I will not come here again even though my pregnant self craves itoften I'll just go to Whataburger down the road! Read more
My LAST time ordering food at this location! So terrible. Fries were raw and undercooked. I always hope it will be better.... Disappointed every single time. Also, pretty sure my daughter got sick from expired chocolate milk from this location. They neednew management here that can handle it. They?ve had some really great/friendly employees at the window, but it seems they havedeeper issues here. Get it together! Read more
Their shake taste different from the rest of the other McDonald?s store. It is full of corn syrup for sure. Looks like some kind... of syrup mixed with Vanilla. You can see the syrup on the bottom of the cup. The manager?s or the store manager have to try it,so you know how bad it is. Fix it!!! Read more
By FAR the WORST McDonald?s location I have ever visited based on customer service and the overall way the location is ran. The... manager is extremely rude on multiple occasions. She will tell you after you attempt to order at the counter (if sheacknowledges you) ?we too busy order kiosk if I have to take order you wait a while!? And it?s said with a attitude every singletime. Stopped in this morning to get my daughter a sandwich and drink and had that same rude manager lady and by the time weleft for a to go order we were there 35 minutes. What a joke. Chicken did not cover the whole bun. Either side, of chicken, no meat. It's a hamburger size bun , lettuce spilling out , so... messy to eat. See how big it is in the TV ad!!! No pickles, lettuce not spilling out. Got a very messy sandwich. Last 3 bitesof just bun, lettuce. Read more
Drive through, my husband and I are religious eaters of the Mcrib. We asked if there was a sale on them. Usually it's 2 for what... ever. The employee said no, we get to the next window and there is a huge sign, 2 for 6. So we asked them about it as we werecharged a full sandwich price. A gentleman came to the window, I believe his name was Gerald (manager) he handled it soprofessionally, and kind. We have been to a million McDonalds over the years, and he is the nicest employee we have ever met.Hold on to him! Read more
