We love Marco's pizza fresh ingredients great flavor. The staff is friendly despite being short handed. Just plan to wait for... your order if you are curbside. Extremely dissatisfied and mainly disappointed. Marcos was our to go to until today. Called University location at 9pm to place... carry out order and female employee said there was gonna be a longer than usual wait if it was ok ? Told her yes and proceededto place my order. She said it be ready in 50 minutes. I showed up about 10:15 to find out my order was never made, no ticketprinted for it, nothing. After driving out there with both my children of course upset I asked what happened to my order? Hugeinconvenience! Rather than apologizing and offering to make my order, this female employee had the audacity to tell me to go buyelsewhere and leave. I requested GM information, but instead female employee laughed, got in my face over the counter and saidmanager is my husband. Requested manager info and instead they threatened to call the police and they did.. OVER THEM NOT DOINGTHEIR JOB?.respectfully Mr. owner, cameras are there for you to see, and good customers, customers overall should be treatedbetter. Marcos is usually a great pizza place. This location did a horrible job with the pizza bowl though. Almost no cheese, toppings... were old and dry, just not good. Will make sure not to order from round rock location again. Read more
