Mad Greens is in a good location. I personally enjoyed my salad outside. They have ample inside an outside dining. Everything... seem reasonably clean. Ordering was quick and easy. The serving portion was filling. I could order one of their salad mixes andmake any desired changes to it. They have clearly posted allergen information on a different menu items. What you need to know about this place before you visit: There is currently ongoing construction all around this location so do... keep in mind that you need to be coming Eastward on University boulevard or coming north south and you turn around where theIndependent Bank financial is to get past the light to get into the entrance where this is located. That being said there arerestrooms were pristine and clean as well as the rest of the dining area was clean and well maintained. This was despite themto actually being busy for an afternoon with online orders coming in which they did a magnificent job of balancing between thetwo individuals I saw working there. I was served just the meal I needed to get back on track for the rest of the day. This isa franchise that gives you phenomenal options and way more avocado than you will ever get anywhere else for the value for themoney. My personal favorite is the Almond Sriracha vinaigrette when it comes to their different salad dressings althoughthey're Sherry molasses vinaigrette is phenomenal and just as much a favor to mine. Also if you're looking for friendlierdrinks options there are drink fountain serves sugar cane sodas as well as sweet and unsweetened tea. Also you get a goodportion size for the money. All of their greens vegetables organic and I'm a huge fan of their pickled onion and their madspice. My hope Is construction will finish soon to allow easier access to get in and out of this location which is in a sharedsuite with a couple other fascinating businesses. Came here to pick up a healthy dinner while visiting Round Rock. Walked in and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Store... was very clean and all the ingredients looked very fresh. There was a nice selection of salads, wraps, grain bowls, mac bowls,but you could also build your own of anything. I ordered the Edgar Allan Poe salad, Pomona salad, and Hummus Trio. Even thoughthe salads are predesigned, you can still customize them with any ingredients, but I kept everything as they were listed. TheHummus trio consisted of Roasted Garlic, Spicy Avocado, and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. I normally love this place, but sadly the last two visits have set the tone for me to never visit this location again. My... previous order, I requested no tomatoes and received a handful of them in my wrap. Something I can overlook, but I still didn?tenjoy it. But this experience, I?m done! As I found a long strand of HAIR IN MY FOOD! An extra Ingredient is tolerable, butHAIR?NO WAY! I have heard mix things about MAD greens but decided to give it a try. This was my first time here, staff was annoyed that I did... not know how the pick your own salad works (you only get to choose 6 toppings). In addition, the flavor was not great. I wouldrecommend Salata, which is another salad place down the road, staff is more friendly that at MAD greens and you get unlimitedtoppings on your salad.
